Mario was able to turn a 35 year old tattoo into a modern piece of art. Absolutely love it. And then he re-coloured another old tattoo so it really pops out. Tiffany arrived with Taco Bell, and when I mentioned I'd never been in one, she promptly gave me a free taco! This place is very sketchy. I took my daughter in to get her nosed pierced . Guy gets all the stuff ready , does the piercing, everything is good. Not even a month later I went in to get my nose pierced same guy greets me at the front counter, asked if someone had time to do it. His response was EPIC! !! " Sorry there is no one here that is qualified/ licensed to do it right now" My repsonse "Wait a second..... you just peirced my daughters nose not even a month ago."... AWESOME!!!� I did not have my nose piercing done here but I went in for some much needed help about it, and they were absolutely incredible. I had a hoop put in my nose at another piercing place and the hoop that had been put in was screwed up. I went to Empire Ink to ask if they could fix the hoop, and not only did they fix my problem, they changed the hoop to a correct hoop; and did so free of charge. Chris tried to fix the piercing I had in and after he couldn't, went on a... man hunt to find me a proper hoop, and put the proper hoop in. He explained everything he was doing and explained how to keep it clean afterwards He made the entire experience super comfortable. He was soo down to Earth and fun. A great experience over all. And after, gave me great advice and tips on another one of my piercings. He answered every question I had. Coming from someone who has nothing but bad experiences with piercings they did an amazing job. I have NEVER been happier. Had the greatest experience getting a daith piercing. Tiffany explained everything completely, from the cleaning of the site to what she was doing while piercing to the aftercare. I haven't seen a more professional piercing salon and my daughter has had 5 piercings! From now on, piercings are only being completed by Tiffany at Empire Ink! I went in there having low expectations and they surprised me for the better. and turned out to be the best piercing experience I've ever had. not only did they describe the piercing process to me before it happened, but when i wasn't originally happy with how it turned out, i was told to keep it clean for three days then take it out and make an appointment for 3 weeks to get it re-pierced for free. they were very patient with me and very understanding. they were more concerned with my satisfaction than the money in their pocket and i can appreciate that business practice. I plan on going back there for other piercings and tattoos and would 100% recommend this place to any first timers looking for a fair and patient piercer/ tattoo artist. Read Less

The main tattoo artist gave very aggressive opinions into my piercings even though he works at a tattoo shop. He told me I made mistakes in getting them and that he should either kick me or my mother. One tattoo artist was very rude and unwelcoming and the other smelled bad. I do not recommend! Read Less

Awsome customer service, was in town visiting walked in, and asked if they could get me in for a cover-up, I told Chris the tattooist what I wanted he said , no way man I can't just stamp you, and added his own touch to what I wanted, couldn't be happier, I've been into alot of shops in some of Canada's biggest cities,and ya get the high and mighty vibe in the big city shops, not at Empire Ink id reccomend that shop to everyone and I gotta tell ya ill definitely be going into that shop again every time I'm back there visiting, great lines clean equipment everything was explained in detail Thanks Empire Ink for covering up a big mistake!! Called in the afternoon to get my nose pierced, they answered all my questions and got me in the same evening, no problems. I was very impressed with how nice and very, very clean the whole inside of the shop is, it is also one of the coolest (smaller) shops I've been in. They brought me into the back, made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. They were very informative and even put up with me not being able to decide between a hoop or a stud. After the piercing, he eve...n made sure to show me the disposal of the needle, into the sharps box. The piercing was quick and painless and I was not pushed out the door after. It's now been 2 days and the piercing is healing perfectly. I definitely recommend seeing these awesome talented guys!!
