I went here to get my nose ring changed and I don't think I've ever felt so uncomfortable. The person pulled out the tools they needed from a plastic bag under the front desk, the lighting was horrible and when they were changing it I thought they were going to rip it out. They had a pair of pliers and stuck them up my nose to help them out and I started to bleed everywhere. They even let me go while I was still bleeding. I don't recommend this place at all. Read Less

Honestly extremely disappointed in this place, came here with so much hope and expectation... but only came out with disappointment. The young girl at the front desk misinterpreted what I had asked for right before getting my tattoo and me being so happy and excited on getting my first tattoo fully trusted them. After they printed the stencil and put it on my skin and after the tattoo was done I get home take off the band aid and realise that they missed a number in my roman numeral tattoo. So now I had to waste more time going back and forth trying to fix this thing and have flaws in my tattoo and uneven numbers all because the girl didn't put the right number in the computer and also because the artist did not verify with me if it was correct or not. Extremely disappointing because I have to live with this for ever. But first tattoo and last tattoo all because of this place. Just make sure you ask to inspect the tattoo and drawing consistently before they even print or put the stencil on your skin since they won't be the ones to ask you that question. Read Less

Got my first tattoo and it didn't go well. Some aspects of my tattoo looks like it was done very carelessly. The tattoo artist, Johnny, was very discouraging and judgmental towards what I wanted. He was also sick at the time, and took almost an hour to get my tattoo started... They charged me $20 extra to what I was originally suppose to pay and then forgot to give me my waiver. I don't recommend this place at all. But if you're going to go, request someone other than Johnny and draw out exactly what you want before hand, because he got my "original tattoo design" off of google.Read Less

I went a year ago to get a tattoo on my shoulder blade. I'm still quite happy with it despite how shaky it appears to be..it kind of adds to the type of font I got the lyric written in, but my artist, Johnny, wasn't the best. For getting my first tattoo I was hoping for an artist who was comforting through the process, and a little more encouraging rather than discouraging. I felt stressed and nervous through most of the process, first to him complaining on the size of the tattoo (which I didn't mind making a bit bigger, for his convenience, but never listened to me when I suggested), then constantly asking me to stop moving even though I was just breathing, and lastly him almost spelling part of the lyric wrong that I was getting tattooed, thus resulting in a couple words being very close together. Still readable, of course, but I'm nervous the letters will blend together over the years. I'm more than happy to go back to Wild Ink, since I do think they create beautiful tattoos, judging by some of my friends tattoos they had gotten done, and it was very easy setting up an appointment at the front desk (great service) but once I go in for my second tattoo, I'll be requesting for a different artist without a doubt. My daughter and I both got tattooed this past weekend at Wild Ink (Ajax) they are fantastic there! both Johnny and Yogan, can't say one of then are better then the other as they both did amazing jobs for us both. I highly recommend this place or any of their other locations, the owners are wonderful people. My daughter has also done a couple piercings there too, awesome job! Read Less
