The shop is super clean and the staff are all really nice and pleasant to talk to. Very welcoming place and good atmosphere, I got tattooed by James and was blown away by the work he did. Michelle at the front desk is extremely accomidating and kind. She called me to fill a last minute cancelation and worked with me via email/phone to get all of the pictures and info Derek needed to get the concept down in a short time frame. She is very well organized and handle...s all of the appointments/calls efficiently. Derek - what can I say. This guy just oozes pure talent. The best thing you can do is give him a basic idea of what you're looking for and let him work his magic. The artwork that Derek created for my arm is beyond anything I could have imagined. I keep catching more and more intricate details he added that I never noticed before. I wish I had found him sooner so he could have done my entire arm. I highly suggest getting on his waiting list now because I wouldn't be surprised if it stretches to 3 years with the amazing work he is doing. On top of all this he is just a great and humble guy to shoot the shit with for a few hours! It's nice to see someone so passionate about their work. I will definitely be back for more work from him!
