I got my first tattoo here and immediately hated it. My tattoo is crooked, lopsided and very unsymmetrical. I’m getting it removed and it hasn’t even been a week. I had my septum and tongue pierced by Olivia here and it was the best experience I've had yet. I had my lip pierced somewhere else and they used a bar that was too short and there was a lot I wasn't told about, but Olivia was very open about it all and before she got everything ready she explained what she was going to do and what I should expect. I've had many piercings done over the years and Julie and Olivia are incredibly attentive and i have never left being less than 100% satisfied! Gorgeous jewelry, a bit pricey, but as someone allergic to low grade metals I appreciate the commitment to quality! I also had my first tattoo done by Dave and it is incredible! Olivia is a darling; she's very knowledgeable and accommodating. I recently had surgery and was informed I had to remove my septum and conch jewelry. Both holes grew over on me within several hours and I couldn't get them back in. I was devastated. I had previously purchased jewelry from SD at the Maritime Tattoo Festival but initially had the piercings done locally (in the city). I decided that since I was driving up that day to meet some family I would go there for my new p⋯⋯okes. My conch piercing was perfect from the get-go but after arriving home on Friday and taking another look, I noticed that I wasn't overly happy with my septum placement, as I'd had it done lower before and found it more aesthetically pleasing on my face. It WAS well done but not where I wanted it. I called up Olivia and she was 100% understanding. She told me what steps to take and that I could drop back in and she'd adjust it for me free of charge. I popped in today and presto! It's perfect! I had a great experience and will be returning, despite having to drive up from Halifax to do so. Thanks so much!
