The boyfriend and I are currently on a road trip. Decided last minute to get tattoos because hey why not! Called over 8 places and all of them either did not answer or were not accepting walk ins (or appointments made 6 months on advance!) We were determined to get them done before leaving nova Scotia. I am currently on a roadtrip with two of my closest friends - among other shenanigans, we were determined to get tattooed together. After having some difficulty finding a place to go, we phoned Barb on a whim to see if she would be able to take us as walk-ins, despite her website saying she preferred to make appointments in advance. Not only did Barb graciously open up her whole afternoon for us at practically the last minute she made us feel extremely warm and welcome in home studio. Her work is amazing and very personalized, her studio is the cleanest I've seen, and I would definitely make the drive from Toronto just to have more work done by her again.
