This is was such an awesome place for the small tattoo my friend and i got. We had Michaella and she was so awesome!! She was so sweet and really brought out exactly what we wanted in our designs. This place has a base price of I believe either $100/$120. Ours both took under 20 mins so it was the cheapest. So if you want something simple with amazing line work and small lines I highly recommend this place and Michaella!

We're here from Maryland/USA. I decided to add to my tattoos and saw Sin on Skin, which was blocks away from our hotel. I'm a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl so I gave it a shot. "Goodnight Moon" is something very special to my girls and grand children so that was my idea. Nicole, who was at the front desk wasn't merely a receptionist who booked appointments but appeared to be the back bone of the operation. The artists need to be creative and not worry about the front of the house. She makes that completely possible. She's a sweet person, committed to her artists craft and, though I don't get nervous about tattoos, she's very comforting to those who would be. That's my first impression. The most important. My artist was Carissa....a free flowing young lady. Don't let her age put you off or slow you down. Don't mistake her age in years with ability to do a dope tattoo. Her hand is light and gentle. As I said, tattoos don't scare me but for those who may be apprehensive because of the needle...Carissa is the one for you. She wouldn't begin until she was absolutely certain that I was happy about the design and placement. So she started. He interaction with me had the time pass so fast. She was so razor focused I wondered how she could have conversation and do the work so well. But it worked. My tattoo is my favorite for many reasons. The least of which was detail and clarity. We're only in Halifax every two years but will make sure to make it a mandatory stop on my next visit. Thank you Nicole and Carissa. You two are Eternally Groovy.

Just got my very first tattoo here and I can't recommend them enough! Nicole was super friendly and patient with this tattoo newbie, answering all my questions quickly! My tattoo was done by Kyle, who gave me exactly what I wanted.
Despite the fact that I only got a small , simple tattoo, I was never treated as 'less than' a customer who was getting something big and complicated done. I will definitely be returning.

I received my first tattoo from here and I just wanted to let everyone know that I was told that the artist that I had do my tattoo was award winning and was not. I wanted a white tattoo and a unique design, she tattooed with my arm behind my back so I could not see, it is as black as coal, I had to have 2 cover-ups to have it resemble close to what it is suppose to and was wayyy over charged.

Eldrick was amazing, knowing I was nervous he answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process start to finish. Nicole went above and beyond answering my every email with kind patience and never made me feel like a pest. The tattoo is amazing and I am already planning my next one and wouldn't have anyone but Eldrick do it! Professional and caring people, who truly want to make each person's experience amazing!

I've always had the best experience possible at Sin on Skin. The staff are always happy to see you and ready to hear your ideas and work with you to get the best tattoo ever. The artists are brilliantly skilled and experienced and can work with a wide variety of styles and images. The studio is as clean as can be, completely sterile and the materials and machines are maintained to the highest degree of sanitation. The artists at Sin on Skin know what they're doing, and they always do their best for their clients. It's a very comfortable and relaxing place where you can just sit back and enjoy the experience. Sin on Skin is the place to go for all your tattoo needs =)

Best tattoo shop you can go to. Excellent and skilled artists. Super friendly staff, who will work with you to fully develop your tattoo ideas. Extremely clean studio, completely sterile work space. Everyone is always happy to see you come back again and again and it's a very welcoming environment. It feels like that place where you "chill with your friends" and you also know you're in the best of hands. Can't go wrong with Sin on Skin =)

I am a 61yr old professional woman, with eight tasteful, cultural tattoos which generate sincere interest from those I work with, work for, and yes...strangers in the grocery store. I would not consider getting my ink work done anywhere else. The depth of colours, the fine line work on the Celtic knot work by Eldrick is standing up to the tests of time. And, over the years, the consistency of style and professionalism shown by all artists and staff at Sin on Skin is top of the line!!

This is my first tattoo and I couldn't have gotten any luckier. I was recommended to Lacey by a co-worker and she was beyond fantastic. I dropped off my design and we made our appointment for the next day. I was nervous all night about if I would like it but I showed up and it was exactly what I asked for. She even left some of the stencilling until I approved of it the next day. She was soft handed and quick but also did an amazing job. She has a great sense of humour and caters to her customer's every wish. I was so lucky to find her and you'd be lucky to have her as well. Nicole at the front desk could not be a better person to welcome everyone in, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I was sweatin bullets. I WILL be back!

Eldrick was amazing, knowing I was nervous he answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process start to finish. Nicole went above and beyond answering my every email with kind patience and never made me feel like a pest. The tattoo is amazing and I am already planning my next one and wouldn't have anyone but Eldrick do it! Professional and caring people, who truly want to make each person's experience amazing!
