Always a great experience great environment have had two tattoos done here. I stopped going because the ink they use is not vegan but otherwise would go again. Great prices free touch ups.

The owner of the this place has no idea how to talk to a customer. First of all they gave me a an appointment which they didn’t even show up for. Then when I questioned them on it the owner told me it was my fault cause they were there waiting for me. No they absolutely were not as I would know when I was the one sitting in the cold. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication the owner just kept accusing me of being a no show. You would think he would have apologized and tried to give me another appointment but no he just kept arguing with me over email. Ridiculous. Not even saying they don’t do good tattoos but the owner def needs to school himself on how a customer is to be treated. Will never be back.

Friendly, fun environment and awesome artist. I have 28 tattoos from this place and love Dr Jays work! Working on more now...😁

Friendly staff. Appointment easily booked. Overall experience was, meh though. Becky was the 'artist' that did my tattoo. Basically had no artistic input. You gotta know exactly what you want - she wont add any flare or her own interpretation -it was an "Etch A Sketch" experience . They do have a no fee touch up policy which was nice, as I had to return for a touch up.

Dr. J has been working on my piece for about 2 years now. He appears rough, and tough, but don't let him fool you. He'll make you laugh, tell you stories....he'll even remember your name!! I was very comfortable even on my first session with him. He goes to great lengths to keep his space sterile. Check him out if you're looking to get a tattoo. You won't be disappointed. (He is now located at 3040 Oxford Street)
