I'd give 0 stars if I could. After about 12 emails back and forth, a consultation, AND a downpayment, I got turned away when I showed up to get my tattoo because I'm not over 18 (which was never mentioned/asked before this point). During those 12 emails they would take days or even up to a week to reply and just seemed truly annoyed when we spoke. Even if it was a misunderstanding/accident on my part, we still met face-to-face and I was never asked my age (I look a lot younger than I am). I'd never recommend. Read Less

I cannot say enough good thing about this shop! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, ally is such a sweetheart, she made me feel so welcome when I came into the shop, and was always so quick to respond to my emails! Dave is just down right amazing, simply put! He did cover ups for both my fiancé and I, and they're just amazing! More then both of us ever thought possible. I can't say enough good about this shop! The staff is amazing, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, professional ... all with a tinge of crazy! The talent that is housed in this three story downtown building is incredible! I went in with a concept and came out with a masterpiece, I love it; I beyond love it! I had my first tattoo at trouble bound a few weeks ago with mike . The atmosphere was laid back , comfortable .I was extremely nervous but mike coached me threw and made it a good experience . I have 2 cover ups that an artist has turned into 1 beautiful master piece , and 2 more solo tattoos . they take whatever you want , add creativity the results are outstanding . The sanitation and cleanliness of this place is amazing and unreal , they really make you feel like family . I've heard nothing but good things about this place, and it was all true. I got tattooed at Trouble Bound for the first time a few days ago, by Gabby. First time I almost fell asleep getting tattooed, that's how comfortable she made the experience. I love my first Trouble Bound tattoo, even the placement is perfect! I have been there for several of my tattoos and not only are you treated like family when you walk into the door but the professionalism, the artistry and the precision is something that cannot be beat in the city. Awesome. My fiance and I came in as a walk in, and the took down our numbers to call us in case they had a cancelation. They called the next morning saying they had an opening and took us in. Service is friendly, prices are OK. It's a bit hard to get an appointment that match my schedule, they are very busy. My tattoo healed very quickly and looks good. The tattoo artist I got is quiet but does his job well. I would recommend this place to anyone.Read Less
