Excellent! I arrived the Parks centre at 10am, and they were in the process of opening. Bought our tickets and watched a historical show about Signal Hill, right away. Reviewed the displays, which were very simple and easy to follow. Watched a tattoo after, which was spectacular.
After lunch, walked the various trails, every one of them were scenic. Wind was very strong that day. Have to be careful if you have little ones with you. Read Less

If you like history you will love this place. Located within walking distance of downtown St. John's this is a unique place that really emphasizes what the Rock better known as Newfoundland is all about. As stated in previous reviews it can get very windy so best to pack a coat. The walk is uphill from downtown with a steep grade so bring comfortable shoes and maybe even a drink. Certainly a part of history and nice to check off the bucket list. Certian times of year you can also view icebergs in the area. Read Less
