What a great experience!! I have over 30 tatts. I went in just for something super small and in the past artists have acted like i was wasting their time when it was a small tattoo but Vanessa was incredibly sweet and took her time with me to make sure it was perfect!! They make you feel very welcome and they really seem to be in it for the love of tattoos not for the money like some other shops iv been to Real nice shop, very clean and very comfortable environment!! I got piercings done here just over a year ago, and they were so professional and clean. They explained everything very carefully and I followed directions and have never had a single issue with either piercing! All my tattoos have been great except when Nat had ran late with a customer which happens and at the time I had to get it finished by Colby who now works at another location. He did awful colour work and didn't listen to my requests. It also healed bad. Luckly I came back and Nat fixed it all up for me which was a relief. I was good friends with Nat loved my work but after healing I let that friendship cloud the actual quality of the tattoos two half sleeves and every line is choppy and the solid shade is also not solid at all.... called a few times, been a couple years ago now since calls and many attempts were made to book my free touchups and was never able to find me a spot as I'm guessing because she wasn't making money for the time it would take... there was times I called and talked to ...others she had working for her and never got my call returned as promised to find time for my many touchups. I don't think you should offer free touch ups if you can't afford the time to do what was promised. Great first tattoo experience. Natalie took things slowly and talked me through the whole process to help keep me calm. The tattoo looks great and I've gotten tons of positive comments on how great the line work is! It's also healing really well. No pain, very little scabbing, and it's not itchy either. Very disappointed. Second last appointment, another appointment had been booked at the same time and I had to come back at a later time. Booked my last appointment about a month and a half in advance. Showed up for my appointment this past Saturday, no one answered the door. I waited for half an hour, called and left a message and no one returned my call. I now have to go to someone else to finish what I want done with my tattoo. Read Less

I would not recommend this place for ear piercing! The lady who did the piercing with a needle had one ear bleeding Non stop and she obviously had not taken a first aid course on how to stop a bleeding. There was even blood on clothing. Read Less
