Such a good experience- had a piercing close on me overnight when I went to change jewelry and couldn't on my own, was expecting to pay $80 again to get it re-pierced but they were so nice about it and only charged $10. Sweet and professional staff would definitely recommend. Read Less

I had my first piercing done at Soul Survivors. Cass did my piercing and she was so great. She answered all my questions and made my first piercing a very positive experience. I am definitely going back to her! However, the woman at the front desk was very rude to me and my sister. When booking my appointment, I was never told that we could only pay in cash. The woman at the front desk was very rude when I went to pay with credit and insisted that we were told over the phone it was only cash (which we weren't over 3 phone calls). Even though I didn't have any cash, the ATM was literally a 30 second walk away, and we gave them the money within 2 minutes. Front line staff are very stand-offish, dismissive and rude. Ignored new customers as they came in and seemed very displeased to have to be distracted from their phone to speak to anyone. If you do manage to get a conversation going, they are very quick to tell you what's wrong with your ideas without suggesting solutions, and do it all without looking up from what they're doing. first time I went was to get a piercing and the girl that did my piercing was truly amazing. I went today to talk to a tattoo artist about a tattoo I wanted to get and I've never been disrespected like I was today. I am black and I wanted to get a coloured tattoo. without even seeing the design of what I wanted to do, this artist told me that colour tattoos do not look good on my type of skin. furthermore, they stated how colours were a pigment that goes in your skin bla bla bla and that with my skin colour it will not come out good like wha I had expected. but how could he know? I've seen coloured tattoos on black people, some even darker than myself and it still looks good. we are all entitled to our opinions but yours sir, was very much not needed and just plain ignorant. Soul Survivors is always current and diligent with safety standards that Eric championed decades ago. I have not had any tattoo work done but would not hesitate to send my mom for her first. S.S.B.A. they are GET artist and i would love to work with people like them lol most of them see cool and really stick outta a crowd and i love thoughts type of people and really when they saw what i wanted as a tattoo one day they loved it and they said they would do iand there had to be a story behind it but i friend who was getting a tattoo she asked for B.J. he DID A AMAZING JOB so ASK FOR B.J. yesh i love my heart  lol and yeah they turned down doing my preppy friends tattoo and laughed at it so yeaaa it was rude but funny as hell and it was stupid what she wanted it had NO story behind it so ah ha she asked for it tattoos with no story are stupid and boring Read Less
