its very simple, someone wants to book you for an 8 hour session you do not need to see the work to quote a price you already have a rate for 8 hours of labour. This means for 8 hours I want you to work on my tattoo no one else just mine, I want it my way not what you want, colors pictures etc lets make this clear my arm my tattoo not yours its not something we can go back on if I don't like it. Anyone who thinks they will get touch ups fixed 2 seconds after you have paid you are a retarded.

The worst first tattoo I got over priced and have get it tuched up from a another place. when I got the tattoo I was told for first 6 months touch ups would be free and before the tattoo was done i was told it would be $250. After the tattoo was done i was told it took a longer then it was spouse to be and have to pay $375.00. The guy who did the tattoo made the skin so ireated that took about 2 weeks to just get the tattoo healed. i went back after 3 day to show it to the person and tells me that it ink had spred over and he has to fill it with color. I would have to pay $150 more for the tuch up. I had another tattoo in mind but after the shity work on the first one told the no thanks. I will never go back to this shop again. I am giving this place -5 stars.I got my other tattoos from another place and it was best tattoos i got and took only 5 days to heal.

My husband just got a tattoo done by MARVIN. the experience was great and the tattoo turned out amazing. He's a great artist. Great place overall

My friends recommended this place for me and my girlfriend to get tattoo'd. My girlfriend had one small tattoo before going and this was my first tattoo. The people at phase 2 were friendly and gave us exactly what we wanted. We were surprised they were able to get us both in on a Saturday. My first tattoo was very large so I was quite nervous at first but Mike ended up doing an excellent job and made me feel comfortable there. My girlfriend's tattoo was a color change of her first tattoo and she had additional work added to it; which turned out great. All of our friends said our tattoo's look awesome and we will be recommending phase 2 to them.

My husband and I went in to see an artiest, who has since quit, and regretted it within minutes. The store reeks or cigarette smoke. Why, do you ask? Because the owner smokes in the store. Not only was he smoking while we were in there but he decided my consultation was taking too long and told the artiest she wasn't allowed to do it. My husband still got his tattoo. The artiest took him downstairs to the tattoo rooms and while she was working they heard a dog bark. She told him that the owner was living at the shop and kept the dog there too. Meanwhile I couldn't stay in the shop while he was smoking in it so I had to leave and wait for my husband down the street at Subway.
