Kerrie was very helpful from the moment I called her to make an appointment to get permanent eyeliner. Once I got to her office, she consulted with me as to what colour eyeliner she would apply and what shape. I can say she has great bedside manners, made me feel at ease, did not rush the appointment; I was also educated on the risks/side affects, instructions on how to do aftercare, and to come for follow up. I don't usually write reviews but I had such a terrible experience with Kerri that I feel inclined to share. I found her to be pleasant during the procedure but I think she was very unprofessional in how she dealt with me after the fact when I had complications. The first thing that went wrong is that the ink bled and caused a blurry shadow above my eyebrows. Then, my eyebrows turned a reddish-orange colour. Finally, almost all of my eyebrow hair fell out due to "shock". I wa...s not warned about any of these risks prior to the procedure. When I informed Kerri of these issues her response was to argue and try to discredit me. When I asked for a refund she called me a "witch". She also stated that I am "just a miserable person who wants to make everyone else miserable too". I have pictures as well as the messages from her to back up what I am saying. Just went for my touch ups today. After my eyebrows had healed from my first session I was very pleased with them! Absolutely loved them! I didn't have much to work with but she made it work and they are amazing. Keri's work and professionalism were on point. She basically walked me through the stages of my healing and I was able to contact her with any questions I had and she responded in a timely manner! The shape, symmetry and color were spot on! I would recommend her to anyone who has had the same eyebrow struggles I had! I cannot wait to see them once they are healed from my touch ups! Before going through the treatment I was extremely nervous. Keri was calming, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident which put me at ease. She was able to answer all my questions before, during, and immediately after my treatment. I was able to be critical with her work and she ensured that I didn't leave unhappy with the final outcome. I am very pleased with my experience thus far. What's even better, Keri doesn't make you feel like it'll be the last time you see her.
