I've never had a bad experience with ftz , product is always top quality , friendly customer service , great pricing ,and extremely fast shipping ! J always hooks it up !! I like how some people haven't even heard of funky threads and have to ask what it means on the hats before there on the site ordering something! I remember when I lived in the pas funky threadz was the place to go to get any sort of cool, quality gear. I remember in middle school, we did middle school idol and I was one to model clothes of course I'm sure I wasn't the only kid who's first pick for clothing store was funky, Jerome jumped on it as he does with most of his community projects, he was always great to deal with and had some wicked gear I modelled some wicked shady gear and a wicked shady Ltd deck, I'll never forget spending my whole first pay cheque there. I was looking for last minute Christmas gifts so I made a 'quick stop' and I ended up spending at least an hour in there just looking at everything. One of the shirts I bought for my girlfriend said 'special bitch' I'll never hear the end of that one! When she opened it she gave me a mean look but she wore it that evening!!??!? I remember Jerome coming into my business admin year 1 class to do a presentative of how he started his journey of opening Funky Threadz. He talked about his education what he needed to do to sacrifice and minimum of socializing. A struggling student who trying to open his dream store. He did told us about his first name of suggestion: "ill clothing" After he realized and hard thought of the word "ill" wasn't the best selection. Many years has past, his store did amazing work, and help as much with the community and surrounding areas. His kind donations and even though his store does struggle once in awhile. I remember when the store first opened when I was in high school. I still remember my first purchase off Jerome! The funky family has always been welcoming, friendly, fun and most importantly, very supportive to the community. Over the years the store has helped so many in our community in times or sorrow as well as celebration! Favorite Funky Memory: probably signing that locker 15 years ago, then re-enacting it in 2016. What I love most about Funky is that the staff are always sooo happy and helpful, Dayton gives my daughter suckers so she isn't annoying while I shop, Bo is always so damn smiley, Tennille is gorgeous to look at, the tunes are always bangin, it's the only place I can buy socks with hamburgers & weed leafs. Only place in town to get my smokin essentials. Dope clothing and shoes, and tattoos and piercings for sweet prices. A comfy orange couch to chill on - it's legit like heaven on earth.
