Absolutely terrible service. I had booked and appointment and showed them my design and put down a deposit and when I got there they refused to do it because it was a finger tattoo, even though that was disclosed well before I put down my deposit. Very unprofessional and I was very disappointed.

Great customer service and lovely friendly staff! Got tattooed by Tyler and he was amazing - very light handed so was easy to sit. He paid great attention to detail and my tattoo turned out exactly how I wanted it. The space is super clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere in the area.

I got my ears pierced by Lindsey and she did an awesome job!! I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the whole time - it was super quick. Jessy explained the aftercare instructions in a way that completely made sense, and wrote out notes for me! They are a great team of piercers and I would highly recommend them. I'll definitely be going back to Pins and Needles for my next piercing (or piercings!!).

Great place with very talented staff! I would highly recommend! Got some new ink from Tyler who did an amazing job and a hair cut and a beard trim from Jesse, and walked out a new man!

Great customer service and lovely friendly staff! Got tattooed by Tyler and he was amazing - very light handed so was easy to sit.
