Went in for a spontaneous piercing with a friend close to closing and they had no problem with letting us come in.
She was super friendly and took the time to carefully explain everything to us and made sure it was all right! Made sure we had everything before we left for cleaning products and all our questions answered even if it had gone past closing time!

Then took my two boys back to each get 1 ear pierced by Emily,, was great with both boys and SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Had my septum done, and had some done elsewhere troublesome lip piercings swapped out and looked at. (On thier way to making a full recovery now) Overall great experience ! Very clean, professional, and extremely knowledgeable..any questions I had were answered right away ! Emily is like a walking piercing Wikipedia ;) And the jewelry selection is damn near endless. Emily's friendly personality puts you at such ease you don't even feel it when she's piercing you. I will definitely recommend Pulse to any friends or family curious about piercing.

I was lucky enough to work beside Emily for a few years a while back. She is a very talented piercer and an amazing person! And as for mister James, that guy has some major skills in tattooing and has a gentle disposition about him. I'm very proud of these two and strongly suggest that if you are in the surrounding okanagan areas or even just passing through, be sure to stop in for an appointment! I might also recommend a call in first, although they take walk-ins, take the time to set up for proper consultations with these folks. They excel at making you feel welcome and they definitely know what they are doing! :)

Went in for a spontaneous piercing with a friend close to closing and they had no problem with letting us come in.
She was super friendly and took the time to carefully explain everything to us and made sure it was all right! Made sure we had everything before we left for cleaning products and all our questions answered even if it had gone past closing time!
