She has always been so kind and caring to me. She always explains everything she is going to do before she does it and her work is outstanding. She and all of her staff have treated me with kindness and respect. Kristie not only works on what ever treatments she is doing for you she also tells you about all the new things coming out, good supplements that can be taken, skin care ideas she is well read and makes it her business to study thoroughly everything she talks about. In response to the unfortunately unhappy customer comment. I have been providing Permanent Make-up here in Vernon 27 years. I pride myself on the very best treatment and customer care. We discuss the colors and the shape extensively with each person and have confirmation from them before we start. Every person processes the pigments differently and some, especially lighter colors, can absorb more quickly. The average client with light pigment require a touch up yearly. This is discussed in the consult and repeated in the application appointment. In the past if I have not done a satisfactory service for a customer (which is very rare) I have always been accountable and respectful and will easily agreed to do what needed to assist the person. This is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of my business. In this case it had been over 9 months which in this industry the standard time to charge is six months. We offered to charge only for the implements ($50 instead of $125 for a regular touch up fee) this was to assist the customer in feeling happy. This customer also wanted to change the shape, which looked wonderful. Because she had decided she wanted something different this does not fall on the fault of the technician. Dealing with the human body is very much an art and every person is different, plus every person in that body sees thing differently. I love enhance studio what more can I say. I moved from Calgary and really struggled with finding a new studio in what i considered a small town after Calgary. Well say no more... I had my first consultation with Kristy that I believed to be the owner. She could not have been more professional! I With some trepidation, booked my first treatment of laser. and hoped for the best... So glad i did and now would not consider going anywhere else. I have since had several treatments at Enhance Studio. The last procedure was permanent eyeliner. My first application had faded quite quickly as I had a severe headache from this procedure and with that lots of teary eye watering. When I shared this with Kristy she knew exactly what could have caused this issue. She asked if i had any alcohol the night before or any spicy foods? Yes to both those questions. She recommended I return for a touch up. Of coarse I was hesitant but as I trusted her and love the look I already had with the eyeliner so I booked my next touch up appointment. We made sure to avoid alcohol and no spice. Sure enough the touch up went well, No pain and beautiful permanent eye liner!! It looks fantastic and all done for a very reasonable cost. Where do I begin?  With my unfortunate eyebrows or the terrible customer service? I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kristie at Enhance Studio whom I initially enjoyed.  I wanted a darker brown but she pushed me towards a taupe colour saying that in her experience it would be dark enough and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, even after reiterating at my touch up that they were not yet dark enough, she failed to provide the colour and shape I had described for her. Now 7 months later my brows look like they hardly have been done at all.  They should last for up to 5 years, so to be drawing them on again within a month is very disappointing. I finally went in to see Kristie expecting that she would be happy to help me get the result I wanted. She was - if I paid again. After spending $400 I am appalled that she would even consider asking for more money. She quickly became defensive and rude and insinuated that it's my own fault if I don't like them and took no sort of responsibility.  Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Enhance Studio.
