If you are thinking about getting permanent eyeliner...DO IT! It looks so natural and it doesn't hurt like you would think. With the numbing cream it felt like an electric toothbrush against my eyelids. Very strange sensation. Jojo did a great job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm going in to make the line a little thicker in May. I just love getting up and not bothering with eyeliner anymore. I am completely thrilled with my new permanent eyeliner! I have been thinking about doing this for a long time and finally made the appointment. Honestly I was so scared that the pain would be unbearable and my concerns were completely unwarranted. I've been thinking about permanent eyeliner for a long time but was a bit nervous until my GF had upper and lower lids done by Jo Jo then her eyebrows done. She looks amazing. Especially the quality of her eyebrows is so much better than others I've seen I had my upper and lower liner done in September and now had a touch up and a bit thicker. Jojo did my eyebrows over the weekend and i am in love! not only does she take her time doing what she does, she caters everything to your liking. she makes sure to check with you along the way to see if you're satisfied and does her best to do exactly what you want!  the procedure itself was pretty painless, she uses numbing cream and re-applies it throughout the procedure so youre not in any pain. she takes her time to do do everything perfectly, so my eyebrows took about 2.5 hours! i would highly recommend her. shes great! Run! Run away! Good grief, this place is nasty. Despite the strong anchors (movie theatre, Starbucks, Rexall), the mall is almost always devoid of shoppers buying things. People will occasionally mill about, but that's it. It feels like a ghost town - and a haunted one at that. I worked in malls for many years, and IV can take a couple of pointers from policies other more prosperous malls (Pac Centre, Metrotown, Oakridge) have, namely: -businesses must open when the mall opens -businesses must remain open while the mall is open -bathrooms must be cleaned regularly -mall administration must have at least one person in the office at all times. I've gone out of my way twice to see EnviroLED and they were closed. No signage, no nothing. It's frustrating when a specific store is closed - and even more frustrating that the mall allows this. Defeats the purpose of the mall, WTF. Need help from mall administration? They're nowhere to be found. Security guard? They don't know what's happening either. And the bathrooms are disgusting. I definitely recommend this place if you want any cosmetic tattooing done. Jojo spent almost 4 hours tattooing my eyebrows and top eyeliner. She even did eyeshadow tattooing for me! She applied and reapplied anesthetic cream to prevent any discomfort during the process.You can tell she really takes her time to make everything as symmetrical as possible. She even told me that I was her only customer of the day because she doesn't like to rush, which I really appreciated. Jojo is quite easy going and open to answering any questions and discussing pigments she uses, the tattooing process, etc. I was happy to hear that the tattoo pen needles are one use only.I was provided small packages of antibiotic cream, grape seed oil, and petrolatum, which is great, since I didn't have to go to the drugstore and buy those items. Jojo: A Perfectionist who takes pride in her work.  If there is one thing that I am grateful about, I would say is to have found Jojo whilst surfing the web.  Subsequently I visited her.  Discussed about my intention to hire her to work on my eyebrows with tattoo method. Finally the day arrived and Jojo worked on my eyebrows in early November, 2013Jojo bent backwards to "fix" the mess (done by so called specialist I had seen last) on my eyebrows. She displays efficiency as well as professionalism.  Another trait that I admire about Jojo is she cares about her customers.  In my case, Jojo was faced with "challenges" which she worked hard on to surmount them.I look forward to see Jojo, as agreed, in mid-December. Jojo is an amazing artist and very knowledgeable with tattooing, and uses a high-quality pigment in her tattooing. She got the shapes and colours of both me and my mom's tattoos spot-on. My mom is a red-head and she chose excellent colours to go with her skin-tone for both her eyebrows and eyeliner. My eyebrows are naturally white and I found that tinting them wasn't very cost/time effective as it'd only last a couple of weeks, and still needed penciling for further refinement of shape. Being a minimalist the tattooing appealed to me as now all I have to do is brush my hair, apply some mascara, and head out the door sporting perfect eyebrows :)Both me and my mom highly recommend Jojo and will go back to her when the time comes for a re-touch. I had Permanent eyeliner done at Looks Wow yesterday and am very happy that I did. I was a bit scared at first, but already purchased Teambuy(no going back). It didn't hurt much & less than going to dentist. If it hurts, just tell her & she'd put more numbing cream on it. It's only one day(I heal faster than normal) and my eyes look so pretty. Thank you so much for spending extra time to make perfect lines. I am excited to have perfect line everyday for 3-5 years. Oh~yeah. p.s. tips for people; I had to keep saying to myself to "keep eyes closed" while getting done. And, the reason I chose this place is because that it's tattoo shop not beauty salon.
