Kinda bias ;).In regards to the "finger tattoo review" Anyone who knows anything about tattooing ,(which that kid doesnt) knows finger tattoos wont hold under the best of circumstances. Theyre more of a novelty on clients who wont budge, or dont mind touch ups.Every single time someone wants hands or finger tattoos,they come with a warning about them potentially falling out. The fall out can occur anywhere within two days up to two years or longer. There is no way of telling. The anatomy of the individual person, the Aftercare, the application, Etc. There's simply too many variables to justify guaranteeing touch-ups on somebody's hands or fingers. There were several people present when this customer requested it finger tattoo. The warning was made the advice was given. The artist did his best job possible and let them know the client would have to come back for touch-ups to clean it up after the initial healing. The client emailed us and gave me less than 3 days to respond to his email to remedy the situation. I have contacted the client and left it in his hands to remedy this situation.Anyone who knows us here at Harbourside knows we are a bunch of good people doing the best work we can. Our name our livelihood and our family's well-being rely on this. We take reviews online quite seriously and have reached out to remedy the problem with this upset client, however you can't keep them all happy if they won't let you do what needs to be done the way it needs to be done.or if they simply won't listen to reason. No professional tattoo artist would intentionally put out a bad tattoo to ruin or smear their good name with malintention. I can guarantee you no artist in this studio would have intentionally done this without warning or knowledgeable advice given. Sometimes there is simply not enough hours in the day for us to get to everyone's responses, request, complaints, concerns,etc. We try to address them all in as timely a manner as we can.To to all of our other customers, we greatly appreciate all your business and would love for you to come on here and leave us some reviews.
