This is not really a rating of the shop 's service or the staff but rather a product they sell. I was given, as a gift, one of their "East Van Cross Coffee Mugs". I was thrilled to get it but after babying it so carefully and not letting it touch any other dishes for fear it might get a scratch and carefully hand washing it, after a few days the design started pealing off! The coloured overlay and the cross on the mug is not part of the ceramic but is painted on! What kind of shoddy workmanship and non-quality is that? I am so disappointed. I advise you not to buy their mugs.

Very impressed with the staff. I went in for a simple tattoo idea and ended up really clicking with their tattoo artist Lucas. We ended up doing two tattoos that day instead of just the one and he blew me away. So much so that I went back the next day to get 3 more tattoos. 10/10 would recommend going to talk with Lucas about your next piece. Very professional and can hold a great conversation.

Head piercer wouldn't do a piercing for me or sell it to me, because of a higher chance of infection. At first, I was frustrated.. but I then realized that this person cares more about about doing things right more than getting a quick dollar..
One word: Integrity.
But he was a little douchy about it... XD

Re- writing this. I love this place! I’ve been to a few different tattoo places and it’s not same!!! I always see Craig! He is amazing at his job ! And puts up with my whimpy self!!!! He is amazing artist and needs to charge more for his work!!!! All the artists seem amazing and very artistic!!!! The owner is also the sweetest guy as well! Just a great shop ! I always recommend it for tattoos and piercings!

I was able to get a walk-in tattoo with Vicki. She's amazing - she gave gentle but honest opinions, and was the perfect artist for my friend's first tattoo. The shop overall is fun and has a wide selection of East Van swag. There used to be an equally great piercer here but she's since left.

Just very professional, does really good work and gives a follow up oppointment, for 3 weeks after the tattoo to ensure it looks, just amazing and the skin has recovered as tattoos are a bit of a shock to the skin. But in time, about 2 or 3 weeks it recovers to 100%.

Josh is super knowledgeable about what he does and he'll walk you through it step by step, including aftercare. I wouldn't get my face jabbed with needles by anyone except for him! Hahaha.

So I went back today to and had James Cramer work a piece on my chest and it turned out amazing very happy very satisfied. The owner is very pleasent and always happy to see returning customers. I will always come to this place to get work done.

Great vibes and great artists. I've been getting tattoos done for 16 years and the one thing that stood out about this place was how down to earth the artists are. I've always respected artists' time anyway, but when I sheepishly asked if I could communicate over IG with my artist to show him some styles I liked he was more than happy to do that for me. As a result I got exactly what I wanted, and I've never had a better healing experience as I've had with this one.
Going in next week for another piece!

I have gotten multiple tattoos here for many reasons, the staff is incredibly inviting and friendly, it has a real homey feel to it and you never feel like just another client. The artist I have chosen is Phil, he is very focused when working and takes care in what he is doing. They always have great music playing and the banter between the staff members is very amusing. Rocco, who I believe is the owner, makes a point to come and greet you and thank you for your business with a firm handshake and kind words. I do not plan to get any tattoos anywhere but here, an amazing spot!

This is not really a rating of the shop 's service or the staff but rather a product they sell. I was given, as a gift, one of their "East Van Cross Coffee Mugs". I was thrilled to get it but after babying it so carefully and not letting it touch any other dishes for fear it might get a scratch and carefully hand washing it, after a few days the design started pealing off! Very impressed with the staff. I went in for a simple tattoo idea and ended up really clicking with their tattoo artist Lucas. We ended up doing two tattoos that day instead of just the one and he blew me away. Great vibes and great artists. I've been getting tattoos done for 16 years and the one thing that stood out about this place was how down to earth the artists are.
