I won a free piercing from a draw from the Taboo Naughty and Nice show.. after getting double booked, canceled and rescheduled I was finally able to make it in. When you walk in it feels very clean (compared to the neighbourhood where your kind of second guessing going in) but you can tell it’s well cleaned and sterilized... the jewelry is a bit over priced and was able to find a nose screw that was on sale for $29 (as a piercing service is separate and so is the jewelry)— despite hints from the piercer to get one that was a bit more $45 and up... Kaitlyn did the piercing and was awesome— quick and efficient... at the end when I went to pay for the jewelry and was over asking about saline solution prices— I did get a couple of eye rolls from the receptionist and piercer (my friend was standing there watching) because I was asking prices and they obviously thought I was “cheap”... so I wasn’t to impressed about that.. but it was a free piercing and Kaitlyn did good so won’t hold it against the place... Extremely over priced and worst customer service. I came here with my mom to get our helix pierced and we had the worst experience ever. I chose my piercing that was priced approx. $65. However, while I was already laying on the chair to get my ear pierced, the lady doing my piercing stated the stud earring that I chose was too large and asked me if I would mind if she changed it to a smaller one - which I agreed to. The lady DID NOT tell me the price of the smaller stud was $120. The total cost for me and my mom was a ridiculous $350 - for 2 helix piercings. I feel like I have been completely scammed and am so frustrated that the lady was not up front about the prices before piercing my ear. We came to this shop after a few months again because we wanted to change our studs, but we were unable to take the piercings out on our own at home. They stated that it will be a $10 service charge per person for them to help take out our piercings even though we were their previous customers whom they’ve btw already ripped off. I'm giving 3 stars because they know what they're talking about. However, I am not pleased with the work that was done on me. I got 4 tattoos from Loger and 2 of which, do not sit well with me. They were Roman numerals and I can't begin to describe my frustration after it was finished. Some letters were bolder than others, the mistakes that were made could've easily been avoided had he asked me for reassurance of what I wanted. It's as if he didn't listen to anything I said. I wanted them to be equally separated between each set of numbers, he couldn't even correctly execute that. Of course I voiced my concern as he was doing this, were they ignored? Yeah, basically he'd say okay and then continue to f*ck my sh*t up. I'm getting laser removal or a cover up tattoo. The last thing I'd want to do is come back to this place for smaller detailed tattoos. Thanks anyway. Read Less

The staff here are all very friendly and easy going, and they were very nice go accommodate me and my friend for a walk in. Their procedures are very professionally done, and they have an amazing seal cover for when you finish your tattoo. Minimum sitting of $85 is very reasonable, considering the professional and quality work they provide. Read Less

They did a great job at keeping everything sanitary and safe, yet the deals that they put on to get money off the piercings don't save you much money, their prices are way too much for a small ear piercing. I do not recommend if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Read Less

Julie is AWESOME and went the extra mile for me today as I'm sure she would for any other client so I thought I would write a review. The place is super clean and they do a great job piercing and taking care of their clients. I won't be going anywhere else for piercings. Place was professional and the piercing turned out better than I wanted. The owner and the girl who pierced my ears were both professional but at the same time it was like talking to old friends. I had stopped in over the weekend when I was in the area about having a piercing removed, and even though the shop was very busy Kelly was incredibly accommodating and took me in right away. This company was at the Westcoast Bound 2016 in Feb 2016. Being Valentines weekend, single and interested in a piercing, after an extremely thorough online search and two day intermittent question and answer, on sunday Valentines day I went ahead and got two piercings. Yes. Left and Right (and thats not my ears) :)Of course no one could agree on how long exactly it might take to fully "heal" however I've not had a regret yet and still love em.Today, 9 months later Im visiting their surrey shop with a booked apt. Showing up an hour early to review my upgrade options and availability, I ended up choosing a pair of anodized teal titanium d-rings, each with a sparkling gem. We had to go from 12 gauge to 14 due to them not having it in stock in the titanium (steel wont anodize).I additionally went from the lower curved barbell to a thicker guage and slightly shorter curved segment with a same sized ball on the top but two sizes bigger ball on the bottom. (That piercing was done in 2008 at Next downtown granville Vancouver, BC)I left feeling über pleased at my upgrades. This is the best service, best have hygienic piercing and tattoo place ever.Yay Read Less

Couldn't be more happy with my new sparkly upper helix cluster, and couldn't be more happy with Kelly and Jewels for their continued professionalism.
