Lee was so cool! Well worth the trip over the border! His help with designing my sound wave tattoo was incredible! Thankful for his patience with me during a very emotional time. Had an appointment booked with Lee (first weekend was postponed to the following weekend) Got a call 1.5 hours before my tattoo appointment to find out that Lee wasn't showing up for work. I emailed him all my info on February 24th as I live in Alberta. Seeming how I was heading back to Alberta I couldn't switch my dates. Lawrence went to work early to try and cover Lee's mess up and to my surprise Lee never even bothered to draw up anything I was coming in to get done!! Very unprofessional. Cancelled the day of my appointment most likely because he was too lazy to draw anything up when he was suppose to. Was my first and last time using this studio. Lawrence was able to fit me in Easter Sunday (day prior to me leaving) and get everything done!. Thank you! However the ladies at the front offered a 15% discount which wasn't honoured. Lee also stated he would touch up an older tattoo for no charge which also wasn't honoured. however Lee ruined my experience with this tattoo parlor for sure! Wrote a review on Facebook and to cover themselves they have either deleted it or made it private. The owner of this shop doesn't even bother to try and contact you, they clearly just don't care. I have been tattooed by both Lee and Anna and I have to say they are both amazing artists. Lee has been working on my sleeve and I couldn't be any happier. I had a fantastic experience here, I got my first ever tattoo at this studio and everyone was so patient, encouraging and compassionate with me:) From the very start they could feel my anxiety and suggested I should try Elma , a skin numbing ointment, which I did:) It worked wonders and I could not feel a thing! Kristina, my tattoo artist, has a great gentle hand and finished inking on me in less than 10 minute...s. They encouraged me to breathe and played soft pink Floyd music, which helped me calm down:) It was no less than a miracle that I got my first tattoo with absolutely no pain!! I decided to do another tattoo that very day since my experience was so pleasant! On the whole, I highly recommend this place:)) The girl on the front counter had helpful tips on after care , and shared her own story with us,which made me and my neice felt very comfortable. I just got my first tattoo done by Kristina a little over a week and a half ago and I couldn't be happier. I brought in a stamp of my dogs paw print and I was very particular with wanting the design to have my dogs exact paw markings as well as a small heart added to the corner of the paw print. Kristina was more then happy to give me that. She listened to every small detail I told her in copying every texture, fur stroke, the paw shape and even the paw pressure points on how... my dogs paw was stamped. I was very nervous about the design and she made me feel very at easy. She was very patient with me and my many requests and changes and I really appreciated that. Kristina went over and beyond just to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the end result. Even during the tattoo process she went step by step when tattooing so I could see if it was exactly what I wanted. Letting me add more texture or fur stokes as needed and thickening the heart shape to my liking. I couldn't of asked for a better tattoo and the end result was exactly what I wanted and imagined in my head. You can really see the the details. Even down to the light fur strokes of my dogs hair between her paw pads. It takes a lot of trust to let someone tattoo you and Kristina understood that and understood that I was nervous and very picky. She let me earn her trust and worked with me step by step and I would recommend her to everyone. Because of her I carry with me a gorgeous paw print of my dog and that means the world to me. I got my nipples and snakebites done here by Ty (no idea if that's how she spells her name). She was an amazing piercer, she was so funny and made me feel really safe and comfortable. Out of my 20 piercings, that was one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommend going to her! Read Less

Went in to get my first piercing and it went amazing. Chelsea is extremely professional and a great person to talk to. She was very understandable during the consultation and perfectly explained everything. With all the sketchy piercing parlors there are finding a good place to go can be hard.
