Very clean and professional. I came from out of town and they have accommodated me every step of they. Right from the consultation. Matching the right artist. To the design. To matching it on my arm for sizing. Even as far as checking on my physical and mental state as the ink touched my skin as the time passed. I recommend if your in the area, definitely check this place out
