I went in, on my birthday, to see if they had room for a walk-in. Even though the shop was completely empty, and it was just the two of them chatting at the front desk, they hesitated but then said they could fit me in. She asked what I wanted, and I told her that I wanted some Gaelic lettering on my wrist. I showed her what phrase I wanted, and where, (on my wrist, with the words facing towards me, because I wanted it to be a personal reminder to me, something I could read every day). She told me she could do it, but only if the words faced the other way. I told her no, this is specifically so I can read it myself, and between her and the other guy I was told that 'no, that's wrong, it's upside down, and you'll end up regretting it'. I tried to explain once again that it was meant for me to read, and she told me 'I put my name on everything that I do, and I can't have something like that out there. I won't do the tattoo'.Apparently the customer can't choose what they want to have PERMANENTLY inked on their body, the way they want, because it's 'wrong'. Happy birthday to me. Will never recommend them to anyone, ever. Read Less
