I got my second hole in my nose pierced from here, and even though the lady who pierced my nose the first time from a different place messed up on the placing of it, we were still able to come to an agreement on a cute spot beside the first hole and I couldn't be happier! I had an mri today and had to remove my nose jewellery and, after much trying and frustration, I realized I wasn't going to be able to get my jewellery back in after. I haven't had it very long and it had started to close inside and all my attempts were just making matters worse. My nose was getting very sore and I was really disappointed so finally thought I'd call the shop. So here is the thing, this is a body piercing studio in Prince George, you can't expect too much. That being said I am blown away by the ignorance and utter incompetence of the "piercer" John. It still surprises me that people think tacking a number behind how long they have been piercing adds some sort of importance and skill to their name. This man is out dated in both technique and in products sold. He gives wrong information to clients and has no issues lying to clients... in order to make a sale. At what point is stating misinformation over and over again fact? If you are considering going to this establishment for a piercing and enjoy good customer service, correct information, and safe procedures maybe look elsewhere. I have recieved two piercings from john in the past two months. It has been the best experience both times! Very comfortable environment! John is a hilarious man and very professional!! I am from out of town and was referred to this shop by my local piercer. I had been there a few times before and always had good service. I went today in hopes to have a bead put on one of my earrings and the lady at the desk said sorry we're too busy to do that. I asked if I could wait and be fit in between apts since it would only take minute and she said OK but we probably won't take you even after I explained that I was from out of town. I asked if she knew of another place to go and she had the audacity to recommend a sketchy shop! I asked her if it was a good place and she said no I think it's a dump, but we're too busy to help. I have been to the other "so called" piercing studios in Prince and have a few piercings, none ow which healed correctly or quickly. I found out about this shop from friends and thought I would give them a try. Wow what a diffrence, my older piercings a feeling and looking much better. So I had John do a few more for me, They are healing much better and quicker than the other piercings I had done "else where". My advice if you want it done right the first time, see John and you will be surprized at how good this guy is. The jewellery is great and the service is excellent.....
