Paid a $460 deposit a few months before my appointment. Showed up and it turns out that they hadn't kept any record, I had no appointment booked. There is no excuse for this poor service.

A few friends and I each got a tattoo at Exile. The tattoo came with a free touch up within the year of being done. The last few months we have been calling to book in to get the touch up done as the tattoo has turned out pretty awful, ( not artist fault) however; this artist not once returned our calls after multiple messages being left for her. Don't offer touch ups if you cant bother to return calls re: touch ups! Will be taking my business elsewhere

It's a great environment very clean and cool they kept me entertained as well as provided an awesome tatty, highly recommend going in and checking them out.

Exile is the type of tattoo shop everyone one should stride to be like. The tattoo artists there are extremely friendly just a blast to be around. The art work speaks for its self its just amazing. I've been going to see matt ever since he got to town and i well never go to anyone else. People ask me all the time where i get my tattoos done and i proudly say EXILE tattoo the best in town.
