A bunch of us were out at an Air BnB not too far from Pentincton, so we decided to go into town for a walk and some food. A friend in the group knew of this place so recommended it. It was full when we arrived but we managed to get a table as soon as we got there. I love the decor and simplicity of the place - it is simple but elegant at the same time. We decided to order 5 large pizza for 11 people - if I recall correctly, we ordered a crocodile, Cajun chicken, Simple pleasures, Chicago and Spanakopizza. Although it took quite some time for our pizzas to arrive (mind you, it was very busy), they were delicious and hearty. Their thin crust was crispy and their toppings were fresh - the toppings ratio to the dough was perfect!  Our server was amazing - despite waiting several tables, he was always checking up on us, laughing with us at our silly jokes and just chill. I love such presence at all times. If my memory serves me right, I think we paid about $17 per person. I'd go back here any time. Highly recommending their crocodile pizza for folks who have never tried it! It was my first time ever trying  and I thought it was incredible! Apparently they do more than just wine in the Okanagan. I have pretty high standards for craft beer and this place was great. The cerveza negra is probably the best Mexican style beer I've ever had. Stopped in last week for dinner, after seeing the very interesting pizzas online.  Turned out to be a great choice!  We split a pizza, with one half being the Okanagan BBQ and the other Cheeseburger.  Both were delicious!  I wasn't expecting to like the beer so much, but that was also pretty great.  It was much needed after a long day of wine tasting ;).  Highly recommended for a quick bite or an easy dinner, but worth the beer tasting too. Had a great experience here. Service and food was fantastic. They have a large open space with plenty of seating. It was a Friday night, so we did have to wait probably about 15 minutes for a table. But it wasn't too bad of a wait. We ordered 2 large pizzas to share between 3 people. We chose the donair and the calabrese pizza. On the table there was a tin can that was used to put the pizza on top of, which was a unique thing that I don't see very often. Both pizzas were delicious. We actually weren't able to finish them since we also ordered drinks as well and felt pretty full.Overall, the experience was really good. Delicious experience!  Great set up with both an indoor and outdoor deck.  The service was friendly and very attentive.  Always a full cup and a lot to experience both in drink options as well as pizza topping options.  We were shown this place by a couple of locals that also mentioned the menu changes up to allow for new and exciting experiences.  This was our first visit but definitely will not be our last if we can help it. Total tourist trap.  $22 for a 15 inch mushroom pizza and I'm still hungry?  Their appetizers are all salads and for booze, they only serve their own beer. No hard alcohol at all.  On the upside the service and atmosphere was good - as was the music.  Definitely never coming back though Read Less

We frequently go here for pizza! The pies are really great, a larger selection of appetizers would make us a little happier as they are mostly bready items, there's a Caesar salad but we usually skip appies due to lack of variety. Slightly loud atmosphere, hard to hear one another at times. Great food and great service though. Read Less

Hipster style place, cute decor, and packaging of craft beers. Server was kind of rude and short with our group. Menu was a bit disappointing, not a great selection of food. Wow!! I am a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur and Bad Tattoo is hands down the best pizza in town. We had the deconstructed lasagne & the BCBLT pizza & wow...that's all I have to say. We went with a large group server was quick and efficient but I personally was disappointed with menu. It is extremely limited and when request was made about leaving an ingredient out due to allergy the server said a item had not had any. It comes out and is drenched. Had I not asked again I could have been in trouble. This was my second time at Bad Tattoo and my partner's first visit. I enjoyed my IPA and everyone at the table enjoyed their beer also. The $2 option to split your pizza between two flavours is a really great add! Their pretzel was freaking incredible. Thought that having large, raw chunks of carrots on a salad was a little bizarre--had to pick it up and just chomp on it. Overall, the pizza is good and I would happily return. I wouldn't say it's the absolute best pizza I have ever had but it's a consistent experience with a very nice atmosphere. They are well-priced and there is value to your money at this restaurant. They lost a star because my Uncle had to wait an additional ten minutes for his pizza, so we all awkwardly ate while he just had to watch. Read Less

We ate here recently on our holiday to Penticton, and the pizza was fantastic! My boyfriend tried one if their beers and loved it, and I am obsessed with their 'Spanakopizza'.. probably one of the best pizzas I've had! The crust is so nice and thin and the toppings were very fresh. It was hard to choose as they have many tasty looking varieties on their inventive menu. The service was friendly and timely. Good reliable thin-crust pizza place with cool vibes and good drinks. It's a super busy place - I think we went to check it out on a Thursday night, and it was packed, with an hour long wait. I liked that they offered the option of splitting a pizza into two different toppings. I had the Forager which I loved, but you can basically throw truffle oil onto anything and I'll love it, so I don't know how reliable that assessment is! The Black and Blue is delicious in it's own way, but so sweet that it's more of a dessert pizza. BUT .... bundle it all together and place it in a city that really doesn't have much in the way of this kind of thing and it's a 5 star from me. Visited this location as part of a tour with Kelowna Concierge. Our group shared 3 pizzas, BLCBT (sp?), Mediterranean, and Jerk Chicken. Those were awesome, the jerk chicken kicked some of our butts though. (A tad inconsistent with the heat on the pizza) Lots of beer options, and some good flavours from them. We had a little tour of their operations in the back and got to know more about the brew making process. We even got to try some fresh brew from one of the giant vats. Thin crust pizza is very tasty. The service is stretched during the dinner rush. Get there by 5:00 and you'll get served promptly. If you wait until 6:00 there's going to be a wait and a line up. Oddest restaurant experience at this place today?! Been many times and always had a good time. Today after a movie went to bad tattoo and was treated like garbage or I have a super power of invisibility? Stood at the wait to be seated sign for 15 mins. None of the numerous staff even looked at us? Then seated selves on deck and waited 1/2 hour for any of the many staff to greet us and offer a beverage. It was a very loud restaurant. We first sat near the door and moved because of the cold draft. The tables were set too close together. The pizza was not very good. We ordered two different medium pizzas and neither one was very good. it took a long time to get the food but the staff were very friendly and the service was good. I had a very pleasant experience at Bad Tattoo Brewing. They have good value lunch specials until 4pm and friendly staff. Offered a few tasters jobs charge without even asking. Asked during Christmas season when they were really packed if we could have a large table reservation and at first they said they were already full with reservations but they called right back and said what if we set a table up in the actual brewery. I don't know Penticton very well at all and my friend and I were somewhat rushed to find somewhere to eat so my expectations were pretty low. Needless to say, Bad Tattoo Brewing took us by surprise and left a great impression on me.First off, the staff were super accommodating about getting us a table on the patio. Even though there was a bit of a wait, they made sure we were comfortable and kept us posted every few minutes. Definitely above and beyond.The patio itself is a great spot for people watching if you manage to snag a seat on one of the edges. They have plenty of umbrellas to shield patrons from the sun and the chairs are nice and comfy.I was really excited about the number of vegetarian pizza options we had to choose from, everything from "Simple pleasures" (a classic margherita pizza) to the more exotic "Black and Blue " which combines roasted apples with blackberry compote and topped with blue cheese. Yum! Everything was delicious.The beer is also fantastic. I appreciate that they list the ABV % and IBU for all of their beers. This is helpful when you aren't familiar with what they have to offer. Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely taking home a growler! They also offer tours of the brewery if you book ahead, which I'm very tempted to do.Overall, a great experience. Really interesting pizza. We made a reservation for 6pm and were seated quickly. They said they don't normally make reservations, but if we'd come early, they'd let our group of 10 make the reservation.Our server was attentive and good.  We ordered some pretzels and caesar salad as starters. The caesar was large and the pretzels were big too! Several of us tried the different beers available. I got the root beer. It was very unusual and not something I would get again. The pizzas were very thin crust and had some really unusual and interesting topping options. Our apple and ham pizza was really good but not incredibly filling since the crust was so thin. If you are hungry, order the larger size because of the thin crust. I would definitely come here again. Read Less
