PIP IS AMAZING! He was so calm and professional, and was super 'lax with me being anxious and wanting to back out 50 times (I didn't.) He told me some stories about being a paramedic and being a firefighter and it calmed me down. He pierced my septum, and I have a deviated septum and he pierced my septum so it looks straight! My daughter and I went in for helix piercings by Pip and had a wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back and see him again! I can't recommended him enough. My five-year-old daughter wanted to have her ears pierced. We went to Claire's at Capilano Mall and they wanted to charge us $120 for the piercing, including the gold jewelry. Millenium charged us only $57 (for both ears, including sparkly barbell jewelry), and they were extremely professional, offering only surgical-grade steel jewelry, and a very experienced piercing artist who took her time with us and made us feel right at home.... The piercing artist gave us all of the information, explained the procedure and aftercare very thoroughly, and had great bedside manner. I am so glad we didn't pay 2-3 times the price at Claire's, only to have a sales person with very little experience and training pierce my daughter's ears with a gold earring, which very well may have caused infection. (My ears are very sensitive and react to gold jewelry, which is why I was very surprised that Claire's wanted to pierce her ears with gold studs.) In sum, my daughter and I had a great experience at Millenium Ink. I went to Jay, the owner, and I had been planning a small tattoo just earlier that day for a later appointment. By the time I got there I just felt like he didn't want to do go through with the appointment, he gave off an annoyed snooty vibe while we were planning the tattoo, like a store worker who's trying to close store and you walk in at the last minute possible. He was a bit aggressive too, he asked me to put my arm on the table to see where the tattoo was going to be. He literally swatted my arm off the table, not at all softly, to put sanitary paper under it after he took a look. I understand artists could become aggitated with customers, especially one who isn't familiar with the process but I felt uncomfortable through out the hour long tattoo. Read Less
