I got an ear piercing done by Maria. I'm not very hardcore when it comes to piercings or tattoos so I was a bit nervous. She was very professional and a good conversationalist. I appreciated that she always told me what she was going to do before it happened- helped me feel less nervous about the whole experience. She made sure I knew what to do to take care of the piercing properly and told me to call anytime if I have questions or need help with it. Also, receptionist was friendly. You felt welcomed there. Terible tattooing experience. She left the room at one point and i sat and listened to her arguing with someone else in another room for 10 min..Then she tattooed my arm so deep it left big nasty scar tissue all around it. Now im left with a mess on my shoulder and will have to get it removed. :( Read Less

I had really professional and discreet conversations with this company, and shared a mother-daughter tattoo that my daughter and I were going to get.  My daughter and I have been through a lot these last few years, and this was intended to be something that reflected our journey together.  After finding out that my daughter would only be allowed to have her tattoo on her thighs, torso, and back, unless she is 18, we decided to wait until her 18th birthday in a couple of months, so she could have her tattoo where she wanted.  Immediately after I told them this, they demanded $50. or they were going to advertise the design on their website.  I was in complete shock,  and when I told them that was not ok, they claimed that they found this on Pintrest, and sarcastically asked "who is copying who?!".  I am beyond flabbergasted at the attitude and lack of respect from this company to potential clients.Update: I just had to tell this woman to stop sending me harassing emails.  She went from professional to crazy on a dime just because we wanted to wait a couple months.  We never canceled last minute (our appointment was just "pencilled in" for a date over a month away), and I was never rude to her. I was blown away with the service, professionalism and the quality of Maria and Reta. I wanted to do a cover up and had some vague ideas of what I wanted. Not only were the ladies very pleasant and knowledgeable they were also very patient and accommodating towards my wishes. Reta did an awesome job Designing my thoughts!
