Andrea Dawn is not only an amazingly talented tattoo artist, but a sweetheart to boot--I was immediately put at ease by her friendly personality. She did a cover-up on an old tattoo my arm that had depressed me for years, and it is just BEAUTIFUL--perfect fine lines and detail, and speedily done to boot.
