This used to be mine and all my friends go to spot for jewelry and piercings, even just a good laugh with the orignial/old managers. However since they have moved and switched management they have been very rude and unprofessional. If you dont sell the type of jewelry the customer asks for and comes in with(for reference) you dont lie and sell them something else. When we tried to return it the first time the girl didnt even call us as she said, and then second time the manager was extremely rude. Definitely not the same place it used to be and very disappointed that our favourite place/store in the mall has gotten so horribly uncomfortable. Read Less

I really like shopping at culture but the last two times the staff were rude and unhelpful. I felt very uncomfortable inside the store both times. The first time I was given dirty looks by a young blue haired girl while speaking to her. She was also rude to another staff working beside her at the till. The next visit, while trying to make an exchange; A different woman basically told me she had better things to do bcuz the store was busy. I guess they already had my money and didn’t need to help me further, even though I had waited in line and it was my turn. I felt like I was a hassle to them and when she told me she was done with me she turned to the people behind me and I was standing there, wondering if I would have to go back to the end of the line to make the exchange?! It was so weird. And so rude. And I love that store but I can’t go in there because the girls are awful, and it’s not worth it to me. Read Less

The customer service is so terrible that it actually over shadows that they have an awesome selection of jewelry. The 1/2 dozen times I’ve been in the store everyone acts like you’re bothering them even if you’re just paying for your items. Read Less
