Got in with Bobby last minute due to a cancelation and I'm thoroughly impressed! I'm not from BC but when he comes to my local city's Tattoo Convention I would love to have him tattoo me with something more substantial to show off his work. I am increasingly impressed with Joel's work, I heal basically overnight. Not sure how he does it. In the past with other stores I've had work take time to heal and sometimes scab over. With him it's as if nothing has disturbed my skin and the next day I'm walking around without dressings...and over and above that, his concepts, ideas, artistry and conversation skills make it all a great experience. All staff are professional, friendly, and great at what they do. The shop is bright and clean and the chairs are super comfy. Have gotten 2 tattoos here from Joel and I can't say enough good things about this place. Such a chill atmosphere and super hygienic. Both of my tats have turned out amazing! I get compliments on the tattoo on my forearm almost every day when I'm at work and I'm sure the same would happen for my other one if it was more visible. 5 tattoos and a body piercing at this shop. Had the worst customer service today - left to wait with no apology, and then lied to my face regarding what had previously been arranged via telephone. The customer service was good the first time (about 4.5 years ago), but had gone progressively down hill since then. Lost a customer in me - I accept any mistakes when one can take accountability for it...not being authentic and accountable will continue to lose you customers, B & B. At the end of the day,  being "real" is more important than phoney pretense. Read Less
