I went in yesterday with an infected Monroe peircing; the lady who was super nice and knowledgable! She was able to put in a longer bar so it can take pressure off from the swelling! i got a nose piercing here- Front desk girl was SO cheery and nice, explained everything. cash only, but they have an atm in the shop. I waited maybe 10 minuets maximum before i went into the piercing. Mihela is the best person ever! everything was clean and explained very well. Came in to get a tattoo , this being my first I wanted it to be perfect and exactly how I wanted . Explained what I wanted to reception , the receptionist said no it wouldn't work . I showed her it was possible from a picture I found done on someone else , she still said no it wouldn't work . The tattoo I wanted was for wrist . I asked if it would work based upon different fonts for writing . She said no again . And I would have to go with another place on the body . Mm mm no . 3 words can Infact fit on your wrist . Wow . This is not actually a review, but a response to 'Ayden B's review. As a professional piercer, I would just like to ensure that the public is not misinformed. The difference between freehand piercing and piercing with tools is simply technique, and the end result should be exactly the same regardless of which method is used. Different piercers use a variety of different tools for various reasons. There are many professionals who regard tools as 'training wheels' until more advanced skills are learned as experience is gained, and less tools are required to achieve the same results. Obviously I have not seen the piercing in question here, but if I was to speculate from a piercer's point of view, the piercing was probably done on such an angle to prevent the jewelry from sitting on the client's teeth and wearing away at their enamel. That being said, if ever a client is unhappy with their piercing or unsure of why it was done the way it was, it's their responsibility to talk to their piercer about it, rather than posting uninformed reviews of their work. Every piercer I know takes pride in their work, and has every intention of educating their clients and ensuring they leave their shop with work they are happy with. If you have a poor experience after attempting to resolve an issue, that's when you can go writing negative reviews. Read Less
