Joelle does great work and uses nothing but the best products available. I own a local Kelowna tattoo shop and we send all of our permanent cosmetic inquiries her way to make sure our tattoo and piercing clients are in the best hands for their makeup needs. I even sent my own aunt to her to have her brows done and she was ecstatic with the outcome, I wish I had saved and could post the voicemail she left me afterwords on google review so you could hear how thrilled she was. Great work Joelle and thanks for taking great care of my fam 🙏🏻

Joelle is absolutely my favorite permanent cosmetics artist I've ever met and I've had countless sessions with never ending microblading eyebrows. She has been the most professional, kind, caring person who has gone out of her way to make sure I understand the process and what's best for me. She goes out of her way with the upmost integrity of her business to make sure I understand the process throughout the session and to reassure me of each step along the way. I've had nothing but endless compliments about my lips and I'm now waiting for her to fix my crazy microblading eyebrows that I've had at other places that I'm not happy with. She is definitely worth the wait. Thank you Joelle your amazing and your work should inspire others. Your my girl!

Joelle is the absolute professional. She is very thorough before & during your appointment to really get a clear idea of what you want, and she is really easy to work with. She is so meticulous during the process, all the while putting you at ease, and making sure you're relaxed and comfortable. On top of all that, she's absolutely fantastic at her work. I am so happy with my eyebrows, I would recommend her to anyone who asked!
