For those of you readying the review by Leanne Williams, please be advised: I have responded to the review with our side of the story, but she deleted the comments so I am using another avenue to be sure we are allowed to tell our side of the story: Ms. Williams was treated fairly. It was not until after she arrived in Kamloops for a mini holiday (hence the "thousands of dollars" spent) with her husband that she decided to bring us, the owners, in to the loop on her deal...ings with Derrick. He was promptly notified by us to make this situation right. Which he quickly did - he returned her deposit and also offered to give her the tattoo for free, to keep her happy. After some thought, SHE decided against it. Norm even met with Ms. Williams and her husband. and they were happy with the way he handled things, thanking him in documented facebook messages. Once Ms. Williams got back to Calgary, her anger seemed to escalate, from what we can tell, it is mostly because of the fact that we did not fire Derrick. Her vengence has been ruthless, so yes, we have told her to knock it off,and stop harassing us but there has been no threats of any sort. (That is the response she deleted) And in retort to the comment that employers are responsible for their employees - absolutely! Nobody knows this better than me - I am employed as a Human Resources manager at my day job during the week. BUT - only when the actions taken by that employee are committed under our roof. If you want to get carpentry work done, you send the deposit to the business itself, not to the carpenter doing the work - same scenario. If this business transaction would have taken place with Psychocity from the beginning, this whole situation could have been avoided. She would have gotten a receipt, she would have had her appointment and things would have been great - it is not our fault that she decided to deal with Derrick directly, nor is our responsibility to now cover her expenses. I'm sure all of our loyal fans and almost 5500 followers will agree as we are well respected in our community. Afficher la suite Read Less
