A few days ago, I went to the studio and discussed what I wanted. We looked at different pictures and I told him what I liked and didn't like.
When I went in today, I was a bit nervous (tattoos hurt). But then Jakks showed me the tattoo and I got excited..
It was better than I imagined. In the tattoo room (which was very clean), he explained the process to me and then started tattooing. Guess what... it didn't hurt as bad as I thought!
Tattoo didn't get completed today but I am looking forward to completing the tattoo and getting future tattoos completed by Jakks

This was a very expensive learning experience for me. Went in and sat for 5 hours last winter thinking I was going to get a nice piece. I was kind of happy when I left. Sadly a month after it has completely faded. I went to a different shop with experienced artists in Saskatoon and was told it would pretty much have to be completely redone. So I wasted $700+. It's concerning that he's teaching new artists as if he knows what he's doing. I have to agree with the comment about cross contamination. Buddy needs to stop vaping inside, change his gloves more often and leave his dog at home. We have to take our shoes off but his dog that goes in and out, can walk all over the place with dirty feet. I wrote a more positive review the day I got it but I think I was just excited and it was fresh looking. As I said before, I learned a lot after this healed.

Got a piercing done here, the piercing was not done correctly for the size of the area being pierced (hard to believe its possible when a clamp was being used), then the jewelry that was put in was too small for the area, the jewelry ended up going inside of my skin. the irritation this caused has started an infection. had to go to a different piercing place to get the correct jewelry put in and to get the infection assessed, it ended up costing more then getting the piercing done in the first place. i called steel dragon to inform them of the situation. they offered me a store credit. i declined due to the fear of going back to this shop. only gave 1 star because i could not give zero

Got my industrial pierced there and the owner was super funny and he made sure I was comfortable. Paid a good price and even gave them a tip 😄

He's been tattooing me for years and is always improving his techniques and equipment. I've always had a great experience with him and my girlfriend goes to him for the same reasons. I'd recommend him...

I've been going to Jakks @ Steel Dragon for just shy of 2years. He's done 6 tattoos on me with 1 booked :) The work place is always cleaned. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Always great!!...

Not only does he do the worst tats. He has no clue about cross contamination.
He has never even done a drawing til 2 months ago ever in his life and paid 1000$ to be in a magazine that he hangs on ...

He has never even done a drawing til 2 months ago ever in his life and paid 1000$ to be in a magazine that he hangs on his walls and says he was featured in.!!' And total creep to a lot of the ladies. Save ur skin and killer price cuz he dies the work of an 8 year old 2 years same location and has availablility tomorrow there is a reason for that !!

This was a very expensive learning experience for me. Went in and sat for 5 hours last winter thinking I was going to get a nice piece. I was kind of happy when I left. Sadly a month after it has completely faded. I went to a different shop with experienced artists in Saskatoon and was told it would pretty much have to be completely redone. So I wasted $700+. Got a piercing done here, the piercing was not done correctly for the size of the area being pierced (hard to believe its possible when a clamp was being used), then the jewelry that was put in was too small for the area, the jewelry ended up going inside of my skin. the irritation this caused has started an infection. had to go to a different piercing place to get the correct jewelry put in and to get the infection assessed, it ended up costing more then getting the piercing done in the first place. i called steel dragon to inform them of the situation. they offered me a store credit. i declined due to the fear of going back to this shop. only gave 1 star because i could not give zero
