Awful experience. The artist was so obviously HIGH on WEED (& smelt like it) while tattooing me & was making stoner jokes with his co worker. Super unprofessional. Regret putting my trust into these "professionals". When I messaged them with my concerns, they did NOT apologize & told me not to judge the tattoo. I have many tats by multiple artists & know what good work looks like. The tattoo is so poorly done that I have decided to remove it. Lesson learned the hard way for sure. Read Less

Booked my tattoo session weeks in advance. Asked that the artist to send me a picture of the drawing so I could request changes or approve of it before hand. Every time I ask about the drawing I was told "sorry I'm moving so I haven't had time to get anything ready" on the day of my appointment I was handed a drawing that was not even close to what we had talked about in our multiple consults. The artist handed me the drawing and walked away, an hour or so latter the artist returned to ask if I was ready. I told him that I wanted to make changes to the drawing and start listing the things I wanted changed. He then told me that if I wanted to change that much of the drawing we would need to reschedule the appointment for the following week so that he could make those changes (rebooking the appointment is not an issue). I then asked to see the updated drawing a few days later and was told he hadn't gotten to it yet. Why did this artist not take the time that I had booked at the original appointment to fix the drawing? Not to mention the fact that I told the artist I would pay for his time to spent more time on the drawing as I had $2500.00 set aside for this new tattoo and was quoted $500.00, I would have gladly paid more had the artist actually took the time to draw what I had asked for. All in all I will be looking for a new artist. I would not recommend this business to anybody and I will not return to this business. Read Less

Absolutely love Jaded! I, along with all of my friends and family, get all of my piercings done here. The staff is so kind, and everything is super hygenic. Everything is fairly priced, and when you run out of cleaner you can go pick one up for free, which is awesome. Would definitely recommend checking out if you are looking to get piercings or tattoos. Loved this place! Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and the man who did it explained everything very clearly and carefully so that she could understand what was going to happen and how to care for it afterwards. He was great as he actually did the piercings as he kept her calm.I appreciated how they tried to keep people moving and attended to, despite the busyness.My daughter says she likes how sanitary it felt and the quietness once in the piercing room. She said she didn't feel like anyone was sketchy as they were all really friendly and professional. Also the barbell is the perfect sleeper choice, that won't poke or be pulled out by accident.Would recommend this place for any parent who is taking their child to get their ears pierced, over any scary 'piercing gun' place. Friendly staff and super hygenic environment. They took all of the ear piercing materials straight out of sterilized packaging and then sterilized them again right in front of me. I was a bit nervous about getting my ears pierced, but the staff made me feel at ease and super comfortable. They answered any questions I have and were super experienced and knowledgeable. I got 3 piercings done at once and they were so well done, I didn't have any pain at all. 11/10. Would totally recommend. Read Less

Got my Earlobes Pierced at a 10g by Kristen here. She showed me all of the tools she would he using along with expiry dates of equipment! She even showed me the chunk of skin that she took out if my earlobes which i thought was super cool! I probably will never go to another piercer again after going to her! After being given, what appeared to me, the brush off by the "other" parlor in Lethbridge I went to Jaded to see if they could make my approximately three week old pierced nose more comfortable. I was offered help by the receptionist who fit me in just before closing. Kristen, bless her heart, kindly took out my nose jewelry, adjusted it and reinserted it in about five minutes. No charge. I couldn't have been more grateful. The other parlor who originally pierced me had me c...ome in from Taber, then told me there was no one who could help me. They did phone the original piercer who agreed to come help if I could stay in Lethbridge for an hour. After an hour we got a phone call saying that they were busy and couldn't come. Kristen and Jaime are both awesome! I had to take my daiths out for an MRI and didn't get them back in before they started to grow shut. Kristen managed to get one back in and didn't charge me anything. Then I saw Jaime to repierce the other I had lost the ball of my jewelry. He replaced it for no charge. I got my bellybutton pierced at jaded 2 years ago now, and it still causes me discomfort. it does not seem to have fully healed. I only wear quality jewellery bought from jaded and I always clean it properly. would not go back. Read Less

Went to jaded with a friend today and got my tragus pierced - I was super nervous about the pain & had psyched myself out since I hadn't had a piercing since I was in high school - we spoke with Kelly and were pierced by Kristen - both were AMAZING & patient with my nervousness. I get nervous every time (still! haha) and they are always calm, never rushed and are genuinely wanting me to have a positive experience. They never make me feel uncomfortable or like they are too good to answer any question I may have. Every artist and member of the staff is knowledgable, friendly, caring and willing to answer any and every question. Th...ey are extremely efficient and on time (I don't have time to wait around!). This place is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. They are a little bit more expensive than a piercing place at the mall, but their knowledge and expertise is leaps and bounds above what you get elsewhere. Piercings are performed with a proper (sterilized) needle, not with a punch gun. They supply the saline needed to keep your piercing clean, and provide a warranty on the jewelry that includes any adjustments that may be needed.
