Since then, we've hand built an award winning and expertly trained shop full of some of the best artists in Canada. Family owned, we do our best to bring our family values into everything that we do and we honestly believe that by putting time into our family and our craft, simultaneously, we're creating the best art and getting the best results for our customers. As kitchy as it might sound, there are a lot of tattoo artists in GP that could be ripped a new one from an Inkmaster type panel. Darrel is a legitimately talented artist & it shows in his work. I really don't think anyone else in GP can hold a candle to him - specifically in terms of photorealism.

He really listened to what I was looking for & I am beyond happy with the results. Been getting extremely positive feedback from friends and family too. Darrel is the best.

Went in today to get the tattoo i have been dreaming of for years to get done, Marshall was a guest artist this week and i am beyond excited about what he was able to do. He nailed absolutely everything i asked for and more. By far, the most amazing experience i have had. Super clean shop with super friendly talented artists. I can't wait till my next piece. I 100% recommend this place.

I was quite excited for my design. I waited 3 months for an initial consultation (which took all of 5 minutes), afterwhich a 2nd consultation was booked to review the artwork. Unfortunately, due to a technical error I missed my appointment. I received a very abusive message from the artist, Dustin, who told me that my design would be put up for anyone else to get tattooed - this was a very sensitive piece. I worked for 2 years on the concept - it was in memorial to my oma and mother, who both passed away.
I apologized for missing my appointment, explaining the technological error, however because 3 other people had bailed this week, I appeared to be the person to take it out on - and was told "no leeway given" and then blocked on Facebook from the artist.
I messaged the company on facebook, explaining my displeasure at the rude and abusive message received - and the sensitivity of the tattoo design. I have not received a response back.
It is my understanding they are one of the best studio's in the area, however their lack of professionalism and customer service makes them one of the worst.

Unfortunately, due to a technical error I missed my appointment.
