This is in response to HexiHost_IncZalitech.Refering to the comment made by Mr Don Woods about the tattoo he got . And the response made by HexiHost .Your absolutely right I have know idea who you are.(tattoo shop groupie). My Father was Glenn Warawa .The ONE and only owner of Raptor Tattoo,until recently my dad has sadly passed away.Which is the reason why the Warawa family has absolutely nothing to do with Raptor Tattoo for JUST OVER A YEAR now.I managed Raptor for the years of 2015/16 and was also a tattooist there for that period of time.My cousin Joel Managed prior to that and my uncle Mike prior to that.I find it in extreme distaste Hexihost that you put my name in your comment in reference to Mr Don Woods tattoo.I don't do portraits and never have.I didn't tattoo Mr Woods and had no part of Raptor Tattoo when Mr Woods recieved his tattoo.I had already been gone from Raptor for almost 18 months.And i really don't understand why you have used my name when Mr Woods states the owner of Raptor Tattoo, tattooed him ,and at that time,that was definitly not me.So get your facts straight.I strongly suggest you remove your extremely disrespectful slanderous comment.

Did a drop in and all the artist were very friendly and professional. My friend got her first tattoo and they treated her great took their time and explained everything to her i will be going back

I asked for a portrait tattoo of my wife and son. I was told I was very lucky because it was the Owner. What a hack. Worst tattoo ever. I had it repaired finally and when I post the pics you will be floored. You can see below what I got. Its pathetic. The repair of my wife was as good as possible considering what he had to work with. At least the new one was done by a professional and I added a new son so that's positive. STAY AWAY!!! Unless you like looking like you got something from Discount Tattoo

I've had a few tattoos done at this place and I will not hesitate to go back when I figure out my next tattoo. I've read the reviews and I can honestly say that the owner and the veteran artists there...
I've had a few tattoos done at this place and I will not hesitate to go back when I figure out my next tattoo. I've read the reviews and I can honestly say that the owner and the veteran artists there, do care about the work they produce or is being produced. If you think an artist talking to you is bad, it's not. It is nice to have someone to distract me theough the pain and it's not a massage studio. You're not there to relax while someone works on you. They all have great intentions for their clients and have been around for years. Tattoos don't tickle. So I was greatful to talk with the artists while getting my work done. Clean, friendly and non rushed. And I was never charged for my smoke breaks etc etc

I've gotten all my tattoos at this location and every single visit has been a pleasant experience. I've had both Clint and Kevin work on me and both artists handled their tools cleanly and professionally. Once they started working they kept tattooing until the art piece was done or I asked to take a break from exhaustion. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will continue coming here for all my future tattoos.

Clint is a beauty, he wins the award for best tattoo artist overall! I live in Calgary and my sisters and I spent the whole day at Raptor getting tattooed. It was my third tat and we had a few scared first timers in the group. It was a blast! Lots of laughs! Very professional and reasonably priced plus easy to find. I won't go anywhere else for future tats! I'll happily drive to Edmonton from Calgary for an appointment with Clint.

Raptor is a great shop, and Amy is a fantastic artist. I went to see Amy for just a touch-up on a previous tattoo (not done by her originally) and I fell in love with her art. I can't speak for the other artists there as I didn't look through their stuff, but if you want a beautiful tattoo and someone who truely cares about giving you what you're looking for, Amy Van Rompaey is the lady to see! I plan on going back as soon as I have some spare money and getting a big piece on my leg. If you don't mind waiting 20 minutes to get talked to when they're all busy, and you won't get your panties in a knot about not being IMMEDIATELY talked to, this place is for you. (Hey man, they're in the middle of putting permanent art on your body. Sometimes they're all busy at once. There's nothing wrong with that!) I love Raptor, I love Amy and this is my shop of choice in Edmonton.

I would like to start by stating that my 1 star review detailing that I 'hated it' is not even accurate as I was not given any opportunity to even experience the location. My boyfriend works out of town and was hoping to get a tattoo over winter break. He did his research and was excited when Amy said she had an appointment available for the following Sunday. He eagerly scheduled his appointment for noon and sent over his images to draft a sketch. On Sunday he arrived at the location and it was closed. The roads were bad so its understandable that she may be late. When 20 minutes passed I called the shop and their voicemail notes they are open only Monday to Saturday, their website noting that they are open 1-5pm on Sunday and the sign on the door noting 12-5pm on Sunday. Needless to say that makes no sense. After waiting until 1 pm thinking possibly the time had been confused he left. We have yet to hear from Amy or the shop and will definitely not be returning. As a side note Atomic Zombie is about 5 minutes down the road and I would definitely recommend going there having had nothing but a wonderful experience.

I've had a few tattoos done at this place and I will not hesitate to go back when I figure out my next tattoo. I've read the reviews and I can honestly say that the owner and the veteran artists there, do care about the work they produce or is being produced. Raptor is a great shop, and Amy is a fantastic artist. I went to see Amy for just a touch-up on a previous tattoo (not done by her originally) and I fell in love with her art.
