I have very little eyebrow hair and am no good at drawing them on.. so I considered permanent makeup and through research found Natural Permanence. I have little to no eyebrow hair. I've stenciled my brows in, and have even tried Rogaine to reactivate some of my hairs that don't grow anymore. I've tried Rogaine and, furthermore, herbal treatments like mineral oil or castor oil. Both mineral oil and castor oil have been reported to help hair growth. But finally I got tried of these different approaches and had decided to look up Rhonda's salon, Natural Permanence, to get my eyebrows cosmetically pigmented. To those who are unsure of cosmetic tatooing, it's much different than a traditional tatoo and the equipment used is specifically for the face (for brow lines, eye lids, and lips). After Rhonda had done her work I was very pleased! She has a good hand and is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on cosmetic tatooing and esthetics. She has the right skill and the right tools.
