I was a walk in client today and was greeted immediately by maddy who was super funny, personable and really knew what she was talking about. My friend and I had the best experience. I had my navel pierced and she was fast, thoughtful, and relaxed which helped a ton! Will be returning for any foreseeable piercings !!

I was a walk-in to envy today and wanted my third lobe piercing, but I had botched second holes and Maddy took notice of it right away. Best customer service I’ve seen in any industry, maddy was knowledgeable, fast, and super fun. I’ll definitely be back for my next piercing.

I got both my nipples done since they have the Buy One Get One Free deal and it was honestly an amazing experience. My friend came with me and the piercer was amazing at what she does. She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I do not have any problems with my nipples and they are healing perfectly!

I got my nose pierced. They had a 2 for 1 deal which was available to have another get a piercing with me. It seemed clean and they were careful with cleanliness. My experience was I didn't find it painful. They took my request for the piercing and gave me what I wanted. I wanted a nose piercing that wouldn't fall out.

I got my first tattoo done here by Sarah. The tattoo I wanted was a rose which I drew myself that I wanted her to outline onto my arm and the results were incredible! The establishment is clean, sanitary and the tattooists and piercers are exceptionally kind. I've gotten 2 piercings here since and I'm planning on another tattoo soon. I will always choose envy.

Pretty frustrated at the service I experienced. I've never been here and I don't think I will in the future. I asked to get a name tattooed on my neck. Which is my porogative. When I asked the artist he immediately refused to do it. Which I completely respect, however, instead of referring me to someone who might do it from that shop he basically just shut me down and that was that. He wasn't the least bit friendly and in turn left me pissed off. I will not recommend this place, quite frankly from what I can see there work isn't worth it. You can get the same level of work done from other places but at least be treated like a person.

I went to envy hoping for a great experience and I had heard good stories from friends who had gotten piercings there. The man at the front desk was nice but condescending. I went to the back to get my septum pierced and the second he put something in my nose I knew he didn't know what he was doing. I asked for my piercing to be a little higher up than normal (I wanted it too look almost unoticeable but cute) and what I got was the most PAINFUL piercing I've ever had. The piercing was completely lopsided and I could feel the metal just by touching the skin on one side of my septum. I flipped it up for a few hours after it was done to go see my grandparents, and on one side you could see the metal and on the other you couldn't. He almost went right through the middle of my nose!! I had been waiting for MONTHS to get this done. Very VERY disappointed and I will not be returning again.

I had my navel pierced and she was fast, thoughtful, and relaxed which helped a ton! Will be returning for any foreseeable piercings !!

She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I do not have any problems with my nipples and they are healing perfectly!

My experience was I didn't find it painful. They took my request for the piercing and gave me what I wanted. I wanted a nose piercing that wouldn't fall out.

I went to envy hoping for a great experience and I had heard good stories from friends who had gotten piercings there. The man at the front desk was nice but condescending. I went to the back to get my septum pierced and the second he put something in my nose I knew he didn't know what he was doing. I asked for my piercing to be a little higher up than normal (I wanted it too look almost unoticeable but cute) and what I got was the most PAINFUL piercing I've ever had. The piercing was completely lopsided and I could feel the metal just by touching the skin on one side of my septum. I flipped it up for a few hours after it was done to go see my grandparents, and on one side you could see the metal and on the other you couldn't. He almost went right through the middle of my nose!! I had been waiting for MONTHS to get this done. Very VERY disappointed and I will not be returning again.
