Well.. i got a tattoo touched up here and since i was paying for the full hour anyway I got another small piece... It was behind my ear.. I didn't realize until now that the ink was waaaay too deep and its absolutely butchered... Some guy names Chris is who I had the appointment with... You would think $120 for 40 minutes of work that you would get a decent tattoo... Especially considering that I was just colored in paw prints... Super disappointed... It was 2 years ago and i had no idea until now how bad it truly is :( Read Less

My husband and I came to Edmonton for the Thanksgiving weekend and my husband wanted to get some tattoos done. We talked to Sterling and at first it looked like we wouldn't be able to get in because the shop was closed Sunday and Monday, which were our only available days. We showed Sterling what my husband wanted to get done and he loved the idea so much that he was willing to come in on Sunday to do the tattoo. He customized the design and gave us cool ideas on how to make ...it better and it actually turned out much cooler than what my husband first wanted. He is super happy with it. Was looking for a good place to pierce , so I decided to get it done here. I had my helix pierced for over a year and it still hurt. I thought it was normal until I saw two bumps being formed from both sides of the piercing. Turns out it was infected. Had the piercing for 2 years because I thought maybe my ear just took longer to heal. But literally I got another helix done from a different place and it healed super quick and doesn't hurt at all compared to this one. And I also got 2 more piercings( one on each ear above regular piercing) when I got the helix. And it's not even symmetrical. One is higher than the other. Super disappointed but at least I know not to come here again. Going to get it redone once it's all healed . And the girl who did my piercing wasn't as pleasant either. Read Less
