My appointment was at 330. Artist was not ready and set up took 45 mins but actual tattoo took 20 mins. I get that no shows happen, but thats what confirmations are for. Was charged for a full hour. Over paid for size and time. Don't get me wrong, I love it. But charging based on an hour when its not the full hour is gouging. Sadly I won't be back, and will recommend other studios with flexible options as well as prepared artists. Read Less

We discussed what I wanted and what you thought you could achieve, starting with lightening up the ugly old tribal tattoo using the services of Krissy Pomerleau at Windfall Spa & Oasis. Krissy did a awesome job of reducing a jet black color to a lighter grey. When I returned to you some months later you ...immediately began to start on the transformation with some ideas already sketched out. Those ideas grew and took on a life of there own. I can now proudly take of my shirt in public knowing that I have a totally sick tattoo.
