In my opinion Helen Hoi is the best cosmetic tattoo artist in Canada. After getting pink eyebrow tattoos from a sketchy tattooist in Fort McMurray, I was very selective as to who was going to do my correction. I narrowed it down to Helen Hoi and one other cosmetic tattooist in Canada. One of the many reasons I chose Helen to do my correction is because she is consistently good. Seriously the proof is in the pictures people. Check them out on Instagram. I find that Helen cust...omizes the eyebrow shape and color to the client. She does NOT tattoo the same type of generic eyebrow shape on every client she has, which I see many cosmetic tattooist doing these days. Another reason I chose Helen over the other tattooist I had in mind is because the other tattooist favored tattooing a full eyebrow look on her clients.... Like all of her clients. For me personally less is more. I don't care for the full boho eyebrow look on myself although it does look good on other people. Lastly my eyebrows are challenging to tattoo, even for someone as great as Helen. You know the saying "eyebrows are sisters, not twins". Well mine aren't even related. Both are different shapes and one eyebrow sits higher on my eyebrow bone than the other and they are extremely sparse. So even with my uneven, unmatched and poor previous pink tattoo job on my eyebrows, Helen was able to correct them. They honestly look great.
