My inclination was to like the place. The apprentice fixed me up with an extra ball when I was out and about and the ball came off my lip ring so I decided to pierce my conch there. The piercer Krista pissed me off right away saying that she didn't want to make the piercing where I wanted hole to go because that would reflect badly on her. It's called customer service and it's not about YOU. My piercing itself is fine but the thing that pushed me over the edge was how poorly they handled my jewelry order. I had patience for 6 months waiting on the piece that I had ordered when they were unable to provide me with piece of jewelry I asked for at the time of the piercing. Everytime I came in, Krista told me the jewelry would be available after a few weeks, but I NEVER received a phone call. I went back after a couple months, they had misplaced my phone number and took it down again with another promise of a couple weeks. I went back in after receiving no phone call a few weeks later and left my name and phone number again. Finally after 6 months from the piercing I went in again when I was told the order had come in and they had it put aside with my name on it but it was lost. Then I finally received the only message I am aware of to date from Body Inc. that said the supplier doesn't carry that jewelry. So which is it? You received the jewelry and had it put aside or the company doesn't make that jewelry anymore? Either way I don't even want the free piece of jewelry that was promised if I have to deal with these people. LAME LAME LAME... Read Less

I had a large piece done by Jeff, he did an amazing job, it turned out so beautiful, and he made it a great experience! He is the only person I will let tattoo my body. I highly recommend him, especially if you want photo realism. Words cant describe how great of a job he does. Read Less
