A hidden gem of a tattoo shop! Clean, casual and inviting atmosphere. Staff is friendly and great to chat with while you are getting work done. I have tattoos by both Francis and Alain and will continue, with confidence, to see them for more. Both artists are professional in the field of tattooing but also fine arts! I was not impressed.. I got pretty simple tattoo done and though the price was reasonable for sure, once the wrapping was off and I took a good look at it, the work was pretty sloppy and out of proportion, where the design I gave him was well proportioned. That was not my main complaint though, my main issue was that I was told by the guy who did my tattoo, who also told me he was an owner, told me that they do free touch ups before I got the tatt done, and also during the tattoo he told me that. This was a big selling point to me, that's what got me in the door in the 1st place. (However, I was lied to about that) I made attempts to get the touch ups done, and had very minimal response. When I did get a response once, he didn't commit to a day / time that he would do them, just told me he'd let me know. After a number of attempts, and 4 months had gone by, it was pretty obvious that I was lied to. Not a good way to get customer's in your door. This does not look good on that shop. So I'm going to go to another shop and pay to get touch ups done, and see if they can correct the work too as far as the off proportion. But yeah I wanted to share this experience, as it may save someone else from having the same experience. Read Less

Have done about 50% of my upper body, about 40% of this was done by Francis V. He is extremely skilled, and very efficient. He can do with a 13 point what other artists can't do with a 3 point needle, making things faster, and overall less painless. Great artistic ability, totally on the fly type of guy, can make something out of nothing in no time. Great with color, flowers, and totally down to earth. True to his word, backed up his price quotes since the beginning, and has pretty much guaranteed my business for the rest of my life. Would highly recommend this place. Read Less

I have been using this tattoo shop for about 4 years now.  I have tattoos on my back, both my arms, and over my left pec.  Francis was awesome in helping me with my original tattoos, they were done in other parts of the world, and I had no access to those artists anymore, but he helped me touch them up, and make them stand out.  He is true to his word, touch ups are always free, and I cannot help but tip him for his hard efforts.  4 years later I am now implementing fantastic arrangements of colors and he is just making it so easy.  I love going there, but I love leaving even more!!!  Awesome work !
