Was there about a week ago, the tattoos they create aren’t what’s bad, it’s the customer service. Of course it depends on which artist you get, I didn’t appreacite the sarcasm and lack of interest they showed. Barron Tattoo was worth the drive from Fort McMurray. Absolutely beautiful memorial Tattoo for my Mom. Jessica did an amazing job with the dragonfly and my Moms handwriting. Jessica was willing to come in early so we could get it done. The staff/owner were super nice, friendly and made the atmosphere very relaxing. Was looking for the perfect tattoo to honor my Grandmother and Mother for 8 years ,met with many artists and none were able to live up to what i wanted , until Todd posted a picture he drew and it was perfect. Called him booked an appointment didn't have to book months in advance. I had my first tattoo done last week, when me and my friend arrived we were told that our artist had broken his leg (hope you feel better soon) so we ended up having Jessie! We were not disappointed, Jessie took the time to really understand our vision and brought out a couple of samples for us to decide on the design of the mountains. The mountains were nothing short of amazing! I am still getting used to having something permanent on body, but I just can't stop staring at it. I was worried about how much it would hurt, as I have a really low pain tolerance and the tattoo was on my rib but it was so easy! This is such a great shop! From the incredibly friendly and relaxed customer service to the sleek ambience, to my tattooing with Todd, I was very happy with my experience. Right off the get-go, he listened to what I wanted, added a bit of his artistic ideas, and together we came out with exactly what I was wanting. I got an extremely detailed owl piece on my forearm that has a lot going on for its size, and it required a lot of patience, expertise, and a keen eye to get everything just right - and I am a perfectionist. He was personable and friendly, and I felt very relaxed while he worked away. I should mention, he completed my tattoo in exactly the amount of time quoted. After healing, I just came back for a bit of touch ups and he was just as friendly and eager to make sure my lines were lovely and bold and that I was completely happy with everything. I can't say enough good things about this studio! It was my first tattoo and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They redid the stencil until I was happy with it and gave their opinions which was really nice. The staff are so incredibly friendly and we have fun joking around with each other.
