Overall the experience was really good, they were very friendly and the shop was nice and clean! I went in to get both my nipples pierced, which i asked the girl who answered the phone if I could get both done to which she assured me yes but when I showed up she said she only had time for one, which wasn't a big deal. Overall the piercing took about 20 minutes which left her another 40 minutes to do the other side before her next client was due to arrive. My biggest issue was with the earring they used, the width was too small for my nipple, especially with it being swollen, and I noticed one day when cleaning it that the ball on the barbell was starting to get pushed into the actual piercing itself which wasn't allowing it to heal properly. I called them up and told them my issue and they told me to come in that same day and get it exchanged. I was a little annoyed because I was told on the phone that it would be free of charge, which made sense since it was the shops mistake, but when I was done she ended up charging me for new jewelry and I didn't even get to keep the previous earring. my girlfriend and I got ourselves some finger tattoos here and not only did the ink not stick, my girlfriend's got very infected within the first week. we are tattoo collectors and treat our tattoos with the best of care in the healing process. with that being said, I'm not sure how our tattoos turned out so horribly. we are from Winnipeg and there for cannot get this corrected. they also charged us a total of $100 each for these!! outrageous prices for sub par work. very disappointed. do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am so extremely happy with the tattoo I got from Karli. I have had a tattoo done before but only black and white and no color. For this one I was very specific in what I wanted because it was a tribute to my cat that I had lost a half a year ago and would be a test for the next big tattoo I would be doing as well. Karli took everything I wanted and made it look amazing! She did a wonderful job with the water colors and made the paw print look like my cat had stepped on my arm with ink. It's truly amazing and I am so happy with it. They have an amazing atmosphere and make you feel right at home while you are getting your tattoo done. Got my forearm tattoo done by Channy today and I'm beyond happy with it. She's so good and although I told her the concept, she came up with a design and lettering style that was more than anything I could have imagined. I will definitely go back to her in the future. This was a very nice place! Very clean, everyone was really friendly. Unfortunately, I had a Very Big Problem. I got my navel pierced, and I loved the piercer! She was super nice, explained everything, we fired a couple jokes back and forth. But I've had nothing but problems since I got it. The original bar was too short, and since I'm from out of town, I've been skipping around a couple piercing shops in my own city trying to get it fixed. The piercer that I finally found today said that the piercing itself was too long and at a funny angle, and that's why I was having so much trouble with the top sinking into my stomach. I'm currently working with the new piercer to try to salvage my piercing, because I'd rather not let it heal up and then pay again to have it pierced when it should've been done right the first time. I'm giving two stars instead of one because of how nice the shop looked and how friendly everyone was. I have no experience with the tattoo artists there, so just because of my experience with the piercer I wouldn't rule them out if I wanted to get a tattoo. I just know that I will never be getting another piercing at that shop again. :( Read Less

Had my first tattoo at 60 on my foot. Rob was great as a grandma and a little nervous he was very calming to help me relax.
