Went in for my first one full of nerves, but the receptionist was amazing with advice and helped me with the font and size with so much patience! Emma understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy with the stencil before she started. She was so quick and gentle, it was over before I could even start getting antsy! After a lot of research my partner decided to go here for her tattoo, she booked in with Miguel, upon arrival we were seated then got called through, the tattooist showed her the design she chose to make sure it was correct he then put the stencil on and asked if she was happy with the stencil, which she was. During the tattoo he kept checking she was ok which was appreciated and after finnishing asked her to check it in the mirror everything looked fine on first glance it wasn't until we got home cleaned it and had a proper look that we noticed part of the detail was missing from the original design that Miguel had missed off and part of the outline didn't even join up where it should of, we messaged the tattoo shop explaining that my partner had come away with an incomplete tattoo. During the tattoo we were not informed about any changes being made so we were completely unhappy with the outcome. The artist replied saying they wouldn't do it at first until later saying they could touch it up later that day. We got there, told the artist, Miguel where he had missed off and he did it so It was now finally the tattoo that I had asked for. We left the shop without a problem. Later that day we received messages from the co owner saying that the artist would have shown us the design before tattooing and asked if I was ok with it, I replied saying the design was fine before Miguel started it was the fact the he had missed off pieces of the tattoo. We then received a number of rude messages saying she had my partner on surveillance saying it was ok before he began and so on the messages got increasingly more rude and was almost harrasment, she was also making out that it was my partners fault that part of the tattoo was missing. We did not understand why this had to happen after the mistake by the artist had already been fixed. When you go to get a tattoo you put faith and trust in the artist that they will produce the design you asked for before hand, this was not the case after the first visit. Overall we were severely unhappy with how unprofessional the situation was handled by the studio and with the whole experience all together we will definitely not be back here. Read Less

I went in with what I thought was a pretty good picture of what I wanted, I come out with a dam good unique tattoo done by Mike E absolutely over the moon with what he produced. Then I asked for a simple name of my granddaughter next to my other 2 grand children’s name on my arm, end result was a yet another absolute brilliant transformation of what I had. Iv had 2 tattoos done by Paul. The first in May 2015 on my foot and the line are perfect with absolutely no fading! I recently had another done last month which is precision writing and it is so perfect! My partner has also had a full sleeve (final part to be completed this coming week) and he couldn't be happier!
