Just got my eyebrows threaded in Subiaco and I will definitely be going back. I’ve never Had my eyebrows touched by anybody and was very nervous about my thick eyebrows getting ruined. I went in and was greeted very friendly by staff and told the lady exactly what I wanted and am so happy with my eyebrows now. To believe I almost spent $60 at an eyebrow specialist is ridiculous when Minu was under $20 for me! Thankyou so much Minu.

This place is awesome! Never one to do reviews, but I was so impressed with Minu that I felt like I needed to. I spent ages trying to decide where to go, I'm VERY picky with my eyebrows, and was tossing up between Minu Subiaco and forking out a ridiculous amount for Alison Jade. Ended up going with the (much) cheaper option and was not disappointed. Minu listened to what I wanted (I have thick eyebrows that are pretty flat...wanted to get more shape/arch without compromising thickness). And I got exactly that (with no tinting might I add)! The best my eyebrows have looked in ages, and sooo much cheaper than the "eyebrow specialist" places. Thank you Minu! I'll be back....every 4-6 weeks

When my eyebrows start looking like caterpillars on each side of my face, I don't panic because I know that they will be gone in no time! My first thought is to go to Minu Threading and I leave with eyebrows on fleek! Friendly staff and always do such an amazing job.

I always use the Innaloo branch. The ladies there are polite and I don't even have to tell them how I like my brows .. they all know. They are professional and quick. I would not go anywhere else and would certainly never again get my eyebrows waxed! Threading is so much more precise and leaves you with a beautiful brow shape! Thanks to all ladies at Innaloo and I will see you all on the weekend :-)

Absolutely mortified with the service just received from Minu Threading. I have been a loyal customer since the shop first opened in Whitfords and have not had any problems until now. My sister went in yesterday and had her eyebrows completely destroyed! Her eyebrows have been completely thinned out, have two different heights, there is no arch and the starting shape of the brows are different. Both eyebrows are completely uneven. After reporting it to the manager she had com...plete disregard towards the issue to say that there was nothing wrong with the eyebrows and that in the before image that we sent "they are filled in" WHICH THEY WERE NOT! After discussing the issue over the phone, the manager had absolutely no empathy and said that we will not be getting a refund, even though her staff were unable to do their jobs correctly. I am appalled by this terrible customer experience after all these years, and I will definitely be telling family and friends to not return to this company. I have never received such horrible customer service! See More

I was recommended by a Minu client to go there for the feather tattoo eyebrows. I was very pleased with the result. Mini was thoughtful and precise in her approach consulting me along the process. My eyebrows were different from each other and lacked good definitive shape. Now I have two eyebrows the same that have a beautiful shape. I also really like the threading technique and will go back again. Very competitive price too. Thank you Minu Simone

Had my brows done at the whitfords one a few weeks ago and I am never coming back. They threaded half my eyebrows off and left the tint on way too long! My eyebrows where black for my light coloured hair. I told her I was unhappy and she just scrubbed some of the tint off (which did nothing) then asked me to pay. I am never coming back! Very dissapointed.

Always go to minu to get my eyebrows done, went there 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday afternoon, it was about 5:00. I asked if I could get a thread and tint, she said there was no time for Tint (which I believe there was) and said she could only do the threading. I told her I had makeup on my eyebrows and she didn't get makeup remover like they usually do, she just roughly scrubbed with a plain tissue, and pulled some hairs out that way. And then she rushed my threading, she took a section out of the front of my eyebrow, so my eyebrows a bit shorter, and now my eyebrows which were even aren't anymore, and my school ball is coming up in 2 weeks � not the best experience, I'm very disappointed.

My second time today and look at me. This is my face being relaxed. Had them threaded and tinted today. My left brow has a totally different shape to the right one but the two ladies starting a huge argument. She left the dye on way too much and it's way to dark for my skin tone, hair colour and what has been discussed before hand. My left brow strata about 3mm higher than the right one. I don't even have words for how angry I am.

Just got my eyebrows threaded in Subiaco and I will definitely be going back. I’ve never Had my eyebrows touched by anybody and was very nervous about my thick eyebrows getting ruined. This place is awesome! Never one to do reviews, but I was so impressed with Minu that I felt like I needed to. I spent ages trying to decide where to go, I'm VERY picky with my eyebrows, and was tossing up between Minu Subiaco and forking out a ridiculous amount for Alison Jade. I asked if I could get a thread and tint, she said there was no time for Tint (which I believe there was) and said she could only do the threading.
